  • Fat burning bootcamp workout routine with kettlebell, cardio and abs exercises! PART 1 - This 20 minute boot camp workout melts calories & burns fat fast. Get ready for a fun & intense circuit with Max & Mariah. All you need for this routine is one kettlebell. Mini band is optional. Here's a list of the exercises in this killer boot camp workout circuit...

    1. Twisters
    2. Plank Hand Tap
    3. KB Goblet Squats
    4. Plank Jacks (miniband optional)
    5. Sprinter Lunges (R/L)
    6. 4 X 4 Kettlebell Swing/Cross Climbers
    Perform each move for 50 seconds, rest 15 seconds in between each exercise, then 60 seconds rest in between rounds. Complete 3 rounds total.

    Do you need to take protein shakes to get abs ??

      Protein shakes are not magic bullets, however than can be helpful. Real food is always best. If you eat clean & utilize these workouts consistently, you'll get great results!

      Hi Max! Reviews would be great, especially of products that you use specifically for your gym. There are only a few UA-camrs (As Many Reviews As Possible, Coop Trains, and RizKnows) that I know of that review exercise equipment extensively. They primarily review crossfit and weight lifting gear, which is fine. I do know that the 3 above mentioned channels have reached a point in number of views that manufacturers are starting to send them stuff to review. Could be good for your gym?? ; ) It would be a good addition to your channel, keep moving forward! I like to pick stuff from your workouts and combine it with stuff from Funk Roberts fitness. I keep in mind how the different exercises will compliment and give me a whole body workout. Take care.
