There are several factors in reducing fat loss quickly . One place I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Bell train blueprint (google it if you're interested) definately the most useful resource that I have ever seen. look at the extraordinary information .
Appreciate Video! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you thought about - Parlandealey Melted Fat Process (do a google search)? It is a good exclusive product for learning how to lose fat with an amazing kettlebell workout without the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my old buddy Taylor at last got excellent results with it.

Yes, we'll incorporate that more in the videos but you generally want to exhale at the hardest part of the movement.

I’ve had to skip the gym a couple days bc I’m so sore from this. I had acclimated to my Normal routines and wasn’t finding myself sore after and was so frustrated before this workout. Freakin awesome !!!!! Trying your back and bicep workout now.

I would recommend this workout video to anyone who wants to be fit and doesn't want to pay any gym fee. I have lost more than 13 pounds in less than 3 months between doing this every other day and walking briskly (at least 3.1 miles ) five days a week. I love the fact that the trainers really are there with us. You can tell that they really pushed themselves very hard. I don't now how they can talk and workout at the same time. I still yell when doing some reps. That said, I am fit, healthy and much happier than ever before, thanks to you two.

I started on January 1st, 2020. That first day I could not make it through the first 15 minute set. I stuck with it and have been doing this 3x a week in the afternoons along with doing 30 Days of Yoga with Adrienne in the mornings. In the past month, I have seen my core get stronger, my flexibility increase and my endurance grow. After just a couple of workouts with this video, I was able to get through your entire workout using my heaviest kettlebell. As of today (Feb 1), I've lost 6 pounds since Jan 1 and have become much more toned overall. Starting this new month, I am now challenging myself: to do this 30 minute workout twice in a row for a full hour of "bootcamp" on Saturdays. Today was my first self-imposed bootcamp and got through it. Looking forward to seeing how much I grow continuing 3x a week and a "bootcamp" weekend day. You both are great leaders and motivators! Thanks for the making this available.

I lost count on how many times I yelled out the F word while doing this workout. I was soaked in sweats by the time it was over but it felt really good. I’m going to continue this for a month at least and see how it goes.
I honestly thought I’d just do 10 minutes. Then it was 15, and then all y’alls positivity got me to 30. I feel great, first time I’ve ever done a kettlebell workout, and y’all helped make that an awesome experience. Much appreciated 👍👍

The short circuit of different exercises is really helpful and keeps me from getting discouraged. The ADD workouts are my favorite!

I just did this workout.... OMG... I'm not fit at all just started in my work out/healthy life journey. But i had a kettle-bell and a mat. I followed Claudia throughout the whole video. I just want to say that you guys are super cool and kept me motivated throughout the video. Its like you knew when i wanted to quit and pushed me through it. it wasn't cheesy like some other workout video's and it felt genuine.

Hi from Hong Kong! I've been going to the gym for 20 years. This is the first time I've broken a sweat using weights. Kettlebell is my new home gym. No more dirty machines, no more people occupying machines while just playing with their phone, no more smelly and noisy people. It's just me, you guys, and my kettlebell. Bravo!

Extra challenge: Be asthmatic, have scar tissue inside your lungs, do the workout the same day as 2 hours of martial arts training, and do it in a 5x6 ft space full of dust with barely any fresh air

I jus t purchased 3 kettlebells. Two 15lbs , one 35. I'm 5"10 165 lbs and pretty fit. This is a nice workout and very challenging. Did it 2x in 3 days.I'll purchase a 15 & 25 kettlebell for more range of weights. Thanks for putting together a ice full body workout. Next up is the 45 min kettlebell workout!

Nice quick sequence of KB exercises. Nothing too complicated. Good for all levels. Modify or adjust your weight.
As with many people, I'm in isolation and trying to effectively workout. I search UA-cam for workouts that are effective and keep things interesting, to diversify from the various DVD sets I have. So, I was pleased to happen upon this and found it effective, efficient and challenging. And, you can grow with this workout by doing more weight or more reps in the time allotted. That said, is this HIIT? I thought HIIT is high intensity, rest, high intensity. But, this got my heart rate going and was total body. A nice workout. Thanks!

Absolute psychos just plowing merrily along with no break as if they've never heard of muscle fatigue or breathing like you just run a marathon. Great workout though. Will absolutely be coming back for more.
I’ve been training with kettlebells for 9 years now and this guys form on the one arm cleans is terrible. The kettlebell should be caught more towards your centre line NOT straight above the elbow as this guy is doing. With heavier weights he will get shoulder and or wrist injuries if he keeps up that form. Also with cleans and high pulls the bell is supposed to be swung back between your legs so you ‘load’ the hips like a ‘hike’ position in American football not just straight down. You’re welcome 😇
