      @@beckyb.2713 thanks for responding.
I only ask because my mother in law has many stones in her gall bladder and she is slated to have her gall bladder removed.
One of the stones has travelled to the pancreas and killed half of it leaving her with permanent type two diabetes, which she is currently in the process of trying to get under control with insulin injections and diet regulation.
I’m merely interested in remediation rather than removal.
Have you noticed anything negative since removal? Do you have any prescribed medication/supplements to take daily?
Any supplements you decided personally to take that you believe help since removal?

@@beckyb.2713 well she had it removed yesterday and it certainly looked like it needed removing, very little room for bile production with all those stones. It was possibly dead/non-functioning by the looks of it.

Thank you so much for your awesome videos Dr Berg! You’ve helped me more than my GP and specialist ever could. I had a little peanut sized gallstone impacted In the neck of my gallbladder. It caused me episodes of sever heartburn and indigestions. The attack were so severe that I ended up in the ER twice in 6 months. And in the hospital they mistreated me and kept drowning me with antacids and didn’t help. Once I had an ultrasound to confirm the existing of the stone I was immediately referred to a lower GI surgeon to plan for my surgery. Thank goodness I watched your videos the night before the appointment. it gave me hope and informed me that surgery to removed my healthy gallbladder wasn’t the only way to go and you can do it naturally. I did kept my appointment to see the surgeon and he looked at my ultrasound images and said he could arranged me to have my gallbladder removed in the next hour!
I refused and asked for a prescription of antibiotic to stop the inflammation.
Then, I followed your videos and others with Apple cider vinegar drink and the lemon and olive oil flush. Now I no longer have gallbladder attack and I am off my pain medications as well as the on going daily ‘lifetime’ somac immediately after.
One of my brothers had been on daily somac too and I advices him to take Apple cider vinegar. It works for him and now he too is off his daily somac medications.

I used to have gallbladder issues, probably around 40 attacks throughout the years, until I realized it was linked all to my posture especially after eating. Laying down after eating, sitting forward, not drinking enough water all effected my digestion heavily. Since I've been monitoring my posture, not laying down after eating, as well as taking deep breaths through my nose into my belly, I have had 0 attacks, 0 heart burn.

I rarely post comments, but felt compelled to do so here in hopes to help someone else. I’ve been to the ER for gallstone attacks, and have had a few very severe attacks with excruciating pain. Each time I had the attack it would take 2-3 hours before the pain went down. Every time I get a gallstone attack it would be severe. However after seeing this video I tried something that prevented a major attack.
1.) drink 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar with apple juice
2.) massage the pancreas for as long as you need to until the pain dies down.
I was skeptical but it does work. Note, this is NOT a cure for gallstones or gallbladder related issues. It’s simply to help alleviate pain for when you do feel an attack coming. You should still consult a physician to make sure any underlying issues do not become life threatening.

The pancreas creates the fluids that flow into your gallbladder to process food from the stomach and liver. The pain you feel is the stone in your gallbladder blocking the entrance to hence a temporary blockage and backed up fluids. When u press on the organ that has the flow it puts more pressure on the organs flow like a water hose on blast, forcing the stone inside your gallbladder to move.

Your videos on headaches being related to the gall bladder have been very helpful to me. My wife (aged 65) has a long time history of gall stones, but attacks were so long ago we forgot how devastating they can be. She recently has been trying to go with the ketogenic diet, and found horrible results. She was able to get her body switched to fat burning, but what happened was her body was unable to digest the fat that she consumed, and instead started burning her stored fat. She lost 20 pounds in 10 days and had excruciating headaches at the back of her head. A return to sugar, via pure maple syrup, was an immediate relief of the pain, and we are on a slow path back to normalcy. The caution I would like to put forward is DON"T START A KETOGENIC DIET UNLESS YOU KNOW YOUR GALL BLADDER IS OK. She just received your gall bladder formula and is starting to take it. Thanks.

4 weeks later and my wife is 95% better. I believe that the gall bladder attack was brought about by a cleanse supplement that she took, which was complicated by an allergic reaction as well. Her own body did most of the healing along with your gall bladder formula. Thanks for the insight and the product.

I have been on Keto since June, follow my macros religiously and was just diagnosed with gallstones after having terrible bloating in my upper gut. I don't want to quit keto but it's starting to look like my gallbladder cannot handle all the extra fat. I have low bile salts thanks to sleeve surgery in 2014 so I'm sure that's working against my efforts as well. I need to keep researching how to heal my gallbladder AND continue to lose weight on keto... I'm down almost 45 lbs and love the diet but I hate all this pressure in my upper gut.

I start researching and was so happy to find Dr Berg’s video. I followed your direction to massage the pancreas’s and would you know it…there was a tender spot. After two minutes of massage the gallbladder pain is gone. How? I can’t believe it.

I have gallstones which can be very painful I’m fairly young and can’t get treatment due to my age. I’ve had to find my own way to stop pain. I’ve read that apple cider vinegar and honey work well. My grandma said eating garlic (I can’t remember how) can also affect. I went on a diet and the pain I feel isn’t as bad. I lay on my side sometimes and the pain goes away in minutes. Also drinking best juice. These are some helpful tips that I’ve heard or used.

This totally works! I’m currently doing this right now! When you get that gallbladder pain, go to the opposite side like he says you will feel a tender spot and start massaging. I do it with my thumbs going on a down motion until pain is gone. Mine went away within about 2 min of massaging. You will feel the gallbladder pain go down and also that tender spot your massaging will not be as tender anymore. Crazy how it works. Praying it doesn’t come back.

Dr Berg, I’ve been on keto since January 2021... you were recommended by my doctor! I was struggling with high cholesterol, I blood sugar and high blood pressure. ( Always eaten what I thought was a pretty healthy diet) Didn’t want to go onto pharmaceuticals. ( Ended up on blood pressure tablets atm but not on cholesterol tablets and sugar and all other blood test readings have normalised. )
Bless you... you have helped me understand so much about how to look after my body. I’m 61... the healthiest and happiest I’ve been in my whole life. Going from strength to strength!
I’ve now been eating seven servings of greens per day...had gall bladder attacks for years during CFS, didn’t know what it was. Did gall bladder cleanses on and off whenever I started feeling burping and energy levels waning. However, since upping my greens intake ( on advice from Chinese medicine Acupunturist )
my health, wellbeing, energy and sense of feeling good within myself has escalated to a new level of wow! So good 😊 Much love to you and your wife for assisting so many people to look after their bodies with knowledge and food.

Back in 2005 I was diagnosed with gallbladder sludge, and my doctor was recommending surgery. I didn’t want to have my gallbladder removed unless it was absolutely necessary. As of today I still have my gallbladder, and I can count the number of times on one hand that I’ve had symptoms. The most recent time was earlier this year.
My main question is that I would like to consider trying intermittent fasting, but was reading elsewhere that fasting isn’t recommended if you have gallbladder disease, at least not without consulting a doctor first. Has anyone else had gallbladder sludge from time to time and still tried intermittent fasting with no issues?

Been having gallbladder pain and attacks 8 years but last two years they’ve been god aweful. Finally in 2019 Dr thought it could be function issue or duct blocks but still took freaking 4 years to get a HIDA scan. Took me getting really sick losing 30lbs too quickly and bariatric surgery to get it done. I don’t have the pain like before happened every now and then but starting to have other issues I had before so we finally getting it done 6 months post WLS. I know they are gonna find jack squat because most symptoms are dormant now so imma have to live rest of life like this I beleive

Yup. Pizza sent me to the hospital because my gallbladder didnt like it. 1 year later and i very cautiously ate pizza for the first time since and i drank at least a cup of water between every bite, and my bites themselves were very small. Ended up eating the whole 10" pizza with no issues lol

Sorry for all the comments but this just absolutely broke my brain. We live in a simulation, and Dr Berg just broke through the matrix.
I used to cancel jobs because of gallbladder pain, I have gone to the ER from these gallbladder attacks, I just can't believe that in less than 3 minutes the pain is completely gone.
    Mind BROKEN ....
Now I am going to watch all of your other videos and get to the bottom of how I got here to begin with.
