Not to inflate an ego but this lady has always inspired me to get cracking in the kitchen & create fabulous desserts. Sometime there is too much sugar to my liking and I adjust quantities accordingly. The basics are there and very achievable. I do like the fact that in these videos domestic appliances are used which are entirely different to what commercial bakers ovens deliver in terms of consistency in result. Thank you Anna.

my friend is allergic to milk and i love baking for her, decided to try out the walnut ones with flora (im based in the uk) instead of butter. they were WONDERFUL!!! fantastic recipe, the only thing i had to change is an overnight rest because the "butter" is softer than the dairy stuff.

I made the snowball recipe exactly as demonstrated in my Cuisinart processor. I chilled the balls well then baked. The snowballs came out perfect. This was by far my most successful and low effort attempt at snowballs.

I make something similar to your walnut cookies. I just chop the walnuts and instead of vanilla I add almond extract. I roll my cookies in icing sugar as soon as they come out of the oven, then let them cool and roll again in the icing sugar.

Where did you get that big mixing bowl at? What brand is it? And what's your favorite flower brand do you like? And ingredient brands do you like using for all your baked goods?
Any suggestions for a nut free versions? Could i use peanuts instead of walnuts in the snowballs? And could i use semolina instead of the ground almonds? I onow it will change the taste
When I make a 4 layered cake, it's not being steady one over another but slippery especially when used cream cheese with whipped cream .I don't know is that bcoz of the problem with the cream or cake. Do u have any remedy to make the cake steady without slipping down?

I think it's because when she sets the oven, you can see it's set to convection and if you're baking with convection the temperature should be about 20 degrees lower.

Maybe it’s me, but my streusel didn’t set. I measured exactly. I was looking forward to that one. Good flavor for the outer pieces that did set.
To add more heft and bite we always add a lot more filling to the point fi 1/4 inch layer give or take.

For the first recipe, Anna says to preheat the oven on 375° and she sets the temperature on 350°
