Will do! I’ve used it for a couple random projects from thin exhaust to 3/4 inch thick hitch mounts! The heat control is great! When I get some more projects, I’ll be sure to make some more videos!
It’s nice to see you got yours. I ordered the Lightning 275 on Black Friday. It still hasn’t shipped. I’m not super happy with Everlast’s customer service so far. Getting accurate info difficult and they’ve already asked if I wanted a refund (after I simply and nicely requested an update on when it would ship). After this long of a wait, I hope it’s a flawless unit. Best of luck with yours
I’m sorry to hear that, so far the welder has been great! With what you are saying I’m a little concerned with the costumer service. I used PayPal when I purchased mine and PayPal kept updating me with tracking info. I hope it gets sorted out soon!
Thank you! I’ve had it for 3 weeks now. It’s still pretty new but I love it so far! I’m a big fan of the auto set function, it’s pretty much perfect! I haven’t tried the tig yet but when I get a new bottle I’ll try it out and make a video!
Looks decent enough. Hopefully it holds up for ya, sometimes they don’t make the greatest units but lots with minimal if any issues. As an admitted Lincoln fan, I’m shocked they haven’t come out with a true multipurpose AC/DC Mig/stick/Tig machined. Enjoy, you’re gonna love TIG! And….i would be in serious trouble if Harbor Freight was right down the road from me!🤣 Two closest are both 2 hours away so keeps me in check.
Thanks! I have a Aluminum TIG welding video coming out soon. I’m not very good at it but practice makes perfect! I was very surprised that Lincoln doesn’t have a true multipurpose too. Lincoln was top of my list until I found out it’s only a/c tig!
One tip I found….if you use the synergistic setting go one setting lower than the thickness your welding, seems the factory setting is a bit too hot! Let me know if you have the same issue?!
Yes! The power set does tend to be a little on the hot side, but I only ever have to turn it down if I’m welding vertical mig. Stick welding is pretty much spot on!
Thanks for going over most of the functions . Keep us posted on how it works.Pro's and con's

I’ve not ever had any issues!

@@OlsonsGarage definitely upload more videos of this machine I’ll definitely watch it!
New one coming out tonight! Check it out! This new video I cut some angle and make a cart, at the end I talk more about the welder!
Boa noite. Eles vendem para o Brasil? Você sabe me informar?@@OlsonsGarage
Got the same bike dude. Best Hondas ever.
Awesome! I love the bike!
Nice welder. 👍
Thank you!

One thing most people complain about is the loud fans…I’ve got use to it! Probably due to the long duty cycle it has!
True! I weld with ear plugs most of the time so it’s not to bad.
I love my MTS 225!!
That’s great to hear! I have been mig, stick and now tig welding with it! It has been great! Thanks for watching!
Using flux for Thick metal 1/4” or more do multi pass and try with the c25 gas also for dual shielding! Makes great strong welds!
Okay that kinda what I thought! Welding up buckets at work we use dual shielded 1/16 wire. That stuff runs hot!
Nice bro
Thank you!
You’re right bout UPS!! Damaged boxes and usually missing parts from it…you got lucky! 😆
Oh I know! I was really surprised that the welder wasn’t messed up!😂 I think my wife door on the side of the welder was bent in slightly, that’s it!
Was the nova pedal included, or extra charge?
It was included! I just got a bottle and I’ve been learning to rig weld and the nova pedal is awesome!
@OlsonsGarage mine comes tomorrow I hope it's got he nova pedal
Hi, In Tig aluminum is 225 AMP is the max?
Yes! 225 max And 20amp min!

@@OlsonsGarage yes I agree!
Flux you drag the torch, mig you push per the manual! I’ve done both ways seems little better pulling…who knows?!
What size of bottle?
They are both 80 cubic feet I think
We can't see the welds you need to watch your videos before posting
Great idea!
