I will definitely try this recipe! I have several cartons of silken tofu I didn't know what to do with, since I only needed one for a recipe last month but they came in a bundle together.
I made this today. The recipe is very easy to follow. I used what I had on hand, maple syrup and chocolate chips, along with the tofu and milk. The end result was very tasty. 😋
Oh, that sounds fantastic! Yes, maple syrup also works very well in this recipe, so glad you enjoyed it and that it turned out delicious 😊 thanks so much for watching ❤️
Hi! I never made this mousse with cocoa powder, so I really can't say if it works well, sorry. I think it's not that easy to guess an equivalent quantity for cocoa powder to replace the chocolate because they work quite differently in a recipe. Maybe it's a matter of experimenting and seeing how the final result turns out! (If you try it, let me know 🙂)
Hi, the mousse texture should be smooth without any bits. When melting the chocolate in bain marie as shown in the video, it's important not to let the water get too hot too soon, as the chocolate may split and become grainy. It should melt slowly. Always keep the heat low and turn the heat off once the chocolate has melted. Hope this helps, many thanks for watching 😊
As seen in the video these packs are silken tofu but not as soft as you may know it, they can be easily ordered online and last longer in your shelf compared to the supermarket silken tofu in the diary fridges.
Thank you for sharing . It was delicious . I subscribed 🙏🌸🌼🌺
Thanks so much for watching and subscribing, I'm so glad you enjoyed this dish 😊 💚

Hi, does this have little crumbs or particles in it? Or is it completely smooth?

I just had oral surgery and can only eat very soft foods for the next coupple days while I recover. I might make this.
Oh, you won't regret it, it can only help on your recovery 😉 All the best and hope you enjoy it!
That's what brought me here @darthszarych5588, I also need soft foods because I recently had oral surgery. I hope your recovery went well. Take care.
Hi
Do you use firm silken tofu or soft silken tofu? Thank you!
Hi, for this recipe I use firm silken tofu. Thanks for watching 😊
