I made the pie lime bars and they are delicious and feel so healthy! I changed the pecans for sunflower seeds and the dates for cranberries and it worked fine. Thank you!
I've been so concerned about you😕 did you have enough greens today? Please let me know I have been so very worried 😟 I want a solid explanation no excuses mate 😠...ps how's the goldfish 🐡😊
For the first one if you want them to not melt at room temperature you can temper the chocolate it make the chocolate more solid (like chocolate you can buy in grocery store) plus you don't have to add oil or butter in the chocolate
I tried all three recipes in one day!! Delicious, for the snowballs, I substituted a Berries Cherries mix for Cherries, the results were still amazing and this snack is very filling and taste great when’ll the go! The Reeses cup imitation mixture were great, better than the original ones.
You’re desserts are wonderful. 🌻Just a tip: to get crust extra firm pressed, use the bottom of a glass to press down. Keeps the hands clean and evenly pressed hard.
I made the chocolate almond butter cups and the key lime pie bars... omg! they are heaven!! Thank you for these recipes, they've helped me kill my sugar cravings and they're so satisfying.
The cherry pie bites are fantastic! I simply love them. I only didn't love rolling them on balls because well, it was sticky and annoying, but it was totally worthy! Thank you for sharing them with us. Absolutely adorable.
Thank you for this video and for your time and efforts ... you can soak your dates with water or other liquid making a date butter consistency that can be used with recipes as well
All three recipes look stunning! I’m going to have to give all three a try sometime, and thank you for sharing! Great presentation, and have a good one!
Where was I when these recipes were coming in existence and where was I when these became very much available on UA-cam.. thanks a ton, I was in a need of dairy-free n sugar free desserts ❤️
Hello Alyssa, I just came across your channel last night and have binge-watched so many of your episodes (are they called episodes??) anyway, I love them! I'm just wondering if you could recommend a food processor. I hate cooking with a passion, but I realize a FP might come in handy. I don't need anything fancy, but something that will be great for dips and making these delish deserts. Anything you can suggest would be so helpful. Love your channel and I've already subscribed. Thank you for your time! Cyn
Hello tried the dark chocolate cups they were super awesome. Though I use the peanut butter rather then almond since it wasn't available. Thank you they turned out to be soooooo good ❤️
Fantastic! This looks amazing! You are making me hungry! Your presentation is easy to follow you make cooking look so easy. I want to give it a try. You’ve inspired me as a fellow cooking creator and I hope we can learn from each other. I look forward to watching future videos!
I’ve tried so many of your receipes- thank you so much and please keep this up. It’s made my journey and lifestyle a breeze! I look forward to making food 😍😍😍
Hi Alyssa. In the recipe for the Cherry Cheesecake bites you add a nut butter but in the video you don't. Will the bites still bind without the nut butter?
I'm not the author of the recipe, but I believe you could substitute the almond butter for caramel. You will no longer have a healthy treat, but it will be delicious ;-)
Hey Alyssa, Thanks for the recipies!! I made something myself using your tips and ingredients, total blast to make. My only real mistake was licking my fingers clean out of habit and I had to restrain myself from eating it all there and then :-D No worries, my 'dough' made it safely to the freezer and now I have to bars ready to go to work with me as an afternoon treat.
im looking forward to make some of these ... but my issue is ... i love coconut ... but my body not so much ... so what else can i use besides coconut oil and flakes ? i was thinking maybe walnuts or almonds (chopped/ diced ..maybe even minced ) but doesnt solve my coconut oil... any tips ?>
Just made these. My attempt was far from perfect because I ended up short of chocolate for the lat 3, I think I burned the choc mix as it went a tad grainy but, my god they're delicious! And next time I make them they'll be better than this attempt. xxx
Looks very delicious and easy to do 😊 thank you for the recipes👌 will it be ok if i use almonds instead of cashew(we don't have it raw in our market) and replace coconut oil with argan oil?
Holy crap!!!! All these recipes look and sound amazing!!! Mmmm. I don’t know which one id try first because I want to eat all three of these recipes... tough decisions lol. Oh well I’ll make all three!! Haha. Alysa did you use a semi sweet chocolate for the chocolate almond butter cups? Also could you please make a grain free energy ball that’d be great too!
@@beogradjanka888 I have just been making them and the recipe says maple syrup but I have tried twice and it makes it more like a fudge consistency not melted so it's not worked properly. ❤❤If you freeze them over night or even refrigerate them overnight they don’t melt as quickly.

Sea Salt and Chocolate is the best combo. Specially with Dark Chocolate. You're desserts always look really good.
I agree!! Sea salt and chocolate is the best! Thank you so much. I hope you try one❤

I can't wait to try all these desserts. Would it be okay to keep the key lime pies in the fridge if we're not eating them?
Amazing video. I want to make the lime pie but i don’t have pecans. Can i use walnuts or cashews instead of pecans? Thanks

Thanks for these recipes. I am not fond of coconut oil though. Will any other veg oil do?
Recipes look great! Is there anywhere listed the actual amount of ingredients?
Can you use the fridge also for recipe 1 and 2 too make the choclate and the other recipe hard? in stead of the freezer?
I’ve tried so many of your receipes- thank you so much and please keep this up. It’s made my journey and lifestyle a breeze! I look forward to making food 😍😍😍
Hi Alyssa. In the recipe for the Cherry Cheesecake bites you add a nut butter but in the video you don't. Will the bites still bind without the nut butter?
Yummm 😋😋
I'll definitely try the Almond butter cups and the key lime bars!
Thank you!
Can you sub coconut oil for a different oil? I don't like coconut oil but I'm afraid another oil won't produce the same results. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Hi there ..I love your videos ..I have a question , regarding the the lime pie , 151 Cal is per serving? or the whole pie?
Wow all these desserts are looking so yummy and so good 👍🏼👋🏼😊 have a Nice day bye
Question: Would that be no sugar dark chocolate?
Question: Is that vegan dark chocolate, because they said it was vegan desserts?
Is the coconut oil necessary? (for the almond/chocolate cups)
wondering the same!
Thank you so much for sharing this amazing video ❤❤❤
Hi I would like to try the key lime no bake bars. Do we have to soak the cashews in the hot water or cold water?
If I mix chocolate powder with coconut oil, am I having the same results?
Could the almond butter cups be made with caramel and a sprinkle of sea salt on top?
I'm not the author of the recipe, but I believe you could substitute the almond butter for caramel. You will no longer have a healthy treat, but it will be delicious ;-)
Great job, thanks for sharing. All the very best frm England

I would recommend adding some coconut cream to the cheesecake, it makes it yummier and creamier!
How much tho
Can you use peanut butter instead of almond butter or will it affect the taste too much?

Why is the coconut oil necessary in the chocolate in the cups? Surely they'd stay in shape outside the freezer /fridge without it, no?
No, coconut oil is rlly good cause they harden very well keeping whatever its in, hard
Looks very delicious and easy to do 😊 thank you for the recipes👌 will it be ok if i use almonds instead of cashew(we don't have it raw in our market) and replace coconut oil with argan oil?
if you omit the coconut they won't melt, use a little coconut cream instead to get a hard ganache like cup iinstead
Can you use frozen cherries instead of dried cherries?
These look amazing! Can't wait to try 😊
Is there a substitute for the cashews?
Holy crap!!!! All these recipes look and sound amazing!!! Mmmm. I don’t know which one id try first because I want to eat all three of these recipes... tough decisions lol. Oh well I’ll make all three!! Haha.
Alysa did you use a semi sweet chocolate for the chocolate almond butter cups? Also could you please make a grain free energy ball that’d be great too!
PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME what can i use instead of dates? :O I reeeealy wanna make the cherry balls ;-;
Loved this video!!! Simple and easy yet tasty and wholesome. Awesome!🙌🏼
So excited to make these! Thanks for sharing.
What about the maple 🍁 in the recipe?
What’s the purpose of the coconut oil in the first recipe? I’m wondering because I don’t have coconut oil and am tempted to make them without oil.
Pretty sure the coconut oil keeps the chocolate from burning and helps it get more smooth and glossy
This is defenetly my fav part of cooking :D No bake sweets
Can't you use a lot less coconut oil in the chocolate to avoid having to keep them in the freezer? Or maybe none at all?
The best thank you for sharing this video😍😍
Any alternative for pecans?
I jmade the muffin ones. The BEST!!!!!!
Love your recipes. Healthy desserts! Also I need to eat more coconut oil as good for thyroid issues.
So creative and easy... thanks for sharing can’t wait to try each one 😋
Can I use almonds for the filling for the key lime pie bars???
Since cashews are the worst for cardiac health can we use almonds instead ???
in the recepie of almond butter cup u said to add 1/4 cup of syrup yet in the video u didnt add any of it
when? she said to add maple syrup to the key lime bars, which she does. no mention of syrup in the peanut butter cup.
Yes she did 1/4 cup maple syrup
Beogradjanka 88 no she didn’t
@@beogradjanka888 I have just been making them and the recipe says maple syrup but I have tried twice and it makes it more like a fudge consistency not melted so it's not worked properly. For the key lime pies could I use plumbs instead of figs? Or what else could I use? I don’t like figs 😉
Nice recipe......thank u.....
Can i use another typer of oil?? Like olive oil eg Coconut oil in my city is really hard and expensive to get if you need it for cooking :C

What is the Sign on the Fridge?
