I also have very simple recipe, you only need 3 ingredients (+1 optional ingredient)
Banana balls covered in chocolate
Take some oats and blend them till they are smooth (you can skip this step if you already have oat flour), then you take some bananas, mush them up with a fork, add the oat flour (the texture should be dry but still a little soft). Form balls from the mixture and place them on a parchment paper. Melt your dark chocolate, add a little bit of butter or coconut oil. Then take one ball and dip it in the chocolate (I recommend using a spon, but you can also use fork). Let the chocolate on the surface harden a little bit and then you can place them in the fridge. They will last about 3 days.

@Akira Another VERY simple healthy treat is to half pitted dates, remove skins as much as possible, press the very sticky dates well in to finely chopped nuts of choice on both sides of date half. Form in to ball with fingers, roll again and press gently as you roll more nuts in the outside of the date balls then dip in dark chocolate. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes to set chocolate faster. You can use a little bit of paraffin wax in chocolate to make it a bit more firm and more resistant to instant melt by picking up but it's not really necessary as a bite sized treat. ENJOY
so, i did the almond butter cup and their are AMAZING, but it’s true that they melt really quickly as she said, but I loved it :)

I made the pie lime bars and they are delicious and feel so healthy! I changed the pecans for sunflower seeds and the dates for cranberries and it worked fine. Thank you!

You’re desserts are wonderful. 🌻Just a tip: to get crust extra firm pressed, use the bottom of a glass to press down. Keeps the hands clean and evenly pressed hard.

For the first one if you want them to not melt at room temperature you can temper the chocolate it make the chocolate more solid (like chocolate you can buy in grocery store) plus you don't have to add oil or butter in the chocolate

I tried all three recipes in one day!! Delicious, for the snowballs, I substituted a Berries Cherries mix for Cherries, the results were still amazing and this snack is very filling and taste great when’ll the go!
The Reeses cup imitation mixture were great, better than the original ones.
