Tami, I would like to avocado to my salad. Is it ok to chop it w the rest of the veg in the bowl or will that harm the bowl in anyway? I assume not but decided to check. Thx!
You can chop your avocado with your greens and it won’t harm the bowl at all. Enjoy!

Yes absolutely you can do that. Some people chop their salad the night before to take to work. Just don’t add the salad dressing or vinegar until you are ready to eat it.
