The couple has managed their daily routine very well. This can be inspiration to many people. They are very well clear, what to do and what to not. All the best to both of you 👍👍👍
25 lakhs to 2.5 crores in 3 years.. This guy should join Cnbc TV18 or ET now !!
It is not just profits ...he put capital
@@jaypalnitkar4400 Yes he did
@@jaypalnitkar4400 It's not real, house of Cards will collapse eventually.
@@jaypalnitkar4400 what do you mean by that, is it just the over all capital without counting the profits ?
Also, he has just seen the bull run. Market takes away these kind of profits in just couple of months. It is almost impossible to stay this much profitable with trading.
Nice couple, girl is really chirpy and fun to be with.. guy is very sorted and stable
Vishal's questions are spot on & he thankfully is not sticking to a script - far more conversational. . This one & the last report have been very insightful & interesting
Thanks
Good energy, being kind, being happy....sorted in life
Rent - 40k Car Expense - 43k
Ulta it is.. rent 43k , car 40 k
I love the energy and risk taking abilities of the couple :)
Very good trader from 25 lakhs to 2.5 crores awesome
Phenomenal couple. Loved their energy.
Good to see you both growing together. Its a great pleasure to know you both so closely from your college days. Being one of my best set of students and batch. God bless you both. Keep growing. Keep in touch.
Such a great episode :) ..the couple is so admirable, balanced, sensible !!!
Both complement each other very well. Nice Episode, Vishal, keeping the conversations raw and real.
Hubby looks like VP ramaswamy 😄
Surya Kumar Yadav ( SKY )
Exactly was about to say that 😄
Exactly
I really loved their vibes. Such genuine person.
Very well said by the husband regarding the localities and migrants..
This is why education is so important..
After watching this video I'm feeling very lucky to be in Mumbai.. with abundant and economic house help available and rent scenario😊
Big respect to these guys entrepreneurial spirit
You are a very good host Vishal. Keep up the good work!
Nice lovely humble couble. Rarely i find compatable couple in this show.
Couple is ready to explore parts of this city and guy is a stock trader working from home, girl is commuting to the office 20 km one side! come on guys, why dont u shift to place nearby to her office?!?!?!?
Awesome Santhosh & Mohini. All the very best 🎉
Its feel really good and inspiring when people doing so great and coming from your city .I hope u reached more heights megha di
this was really fun....the guy is very calm and girl is extremly talkative...vishal you rock man..the guys biceps are quite big...2.5 crore bhai tu toh nikal pada
Lovely couple in a lovely house. God bless you both
There is a huge number of professionals, often bachelors who move to different cites for jobs & opt for 1 Bhk & Studio apts. Maybe a report /series on them in 3 or 4 major job hubs of India would be beneficial to many. Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Blore , Gurgaon are usually the places where early career professionals are concentrated in
Im a local Bangalorean and i would add that migrants dont make nay effort to lesrn the local language, cukture and assimilate. If hou go to a different state and exoect people to adjust to your way of life, thats never going to happen.
My funda is very simple. If you move to another state, learn the local language enough to carry basic conversation, learn local culture and you have tontry and adjust to the locals and not the other way around. And it has nothing to south north east or west. If i were to move to another atate from Bangalore, I'll definitely learn the language. Unfortunately most migrants (office going crowd) dont try to adjust. Thats unacceptable. Migrants who do business do learn the local language and culture.
Many of the ppl landed in Bangalore do speak decently fluent kannada .. I am one among them..
@@rockz1901 that's lovely to know you have put in the fort to learn the language. But majority of non kannadigas (Hindi speaking and even people from the other 3 South Indian states) don't.
I know many people who are not from here but learn the language but that's a very small percentage.
Amazing show this is... Vishal asks the right questions
Thanks
This Guy is reminding me of Surya Kumar Yadav ( SKY )😅
lovely
it would be good to see how these guys got on later....a kind of follow up interview
So the guy works from home, and the girl commutes 40 kms to work. Why dont they move closer to her workplace? Nice couple though. I'm glad they landed on their feet and are doing well in life. All the best 👍
Cannot compare Bengaluru & Mumbai flats. Mumbai houses are high cost , Bengaluru much cheaper. And rent is according to cost of a house. A person chooses to live where their job &/or family is and above all where they can afford a house -- buy or rent
Very true, North bangalore is also especially yelahanka, and other areas close to airport prices are over a crore for 2 bhk rental. It also went up 30k for 2 bhk.
Incredible
Mumbai bashing full on
4:53 people won’t even get any descent apartments without either salary slip or bank statement in the tier 1 cities of the US.
I like ur show, I don't miss any show.
Thank you
Does the tenant have a Twitter. would be keen for his insights into options
@marketsniper14
How can I contact them any social media idea
43k for 3bhk in LT Raintree is a great deal... similar units currently are quoting anywhere from 55k to as high as 70k
I too live in bangalore with 50k rent, and I am an independent stock trader for last 6 years.....
Hebbal thode naa chale jaenge for more space! Ye Bangalore nhi hai
Don't worry Bangalore will be next Mumbai only after 5 years.
18:09 you must check Rajasthan 😊😂. Atleast vehicle number plates are in English there. Also i am in full support for English rather that Kannada/Hindi for commerce. And Kannada for local transactions in the state or whatever be the local language.
I agree with the lady. This show has kinda killed any interest left to shift to Mumbai 😂
Yeah seriously
Host has a long way to go in terms of respecting guests and corr ets them unnecessarily.
The flat looked smaller for 1650 sq feet . 1650 sq ft carpet area for a 3bhk will be huge but this flat doesn't look that huge.
My flat is 960 sq feet carpet 2bhk in Pune and the rooms in my flat are much much bigger than this flat. The balcony is double the size of this flat balcony
I guess they mentioned 1650sq ft built up area
There should be loading of at least 40 % ,so the carpet should be around 1000-1050 Sq ft
Traffic sucks beyond anything here in Bangalore
This kind of persons gets a heart attack at an early age. You cannot control each and every gms. They want to live near work but she is traveling 40 kms daily and paying 40k for travel and 43k for rent, strange.
It is bang next to the Phoenix mall of Asia so when the tenant was talking about going to the grocery was an issue I was wondering what he was talking about when he had the freaking largest mall of the country next to him 😂😂😂
Grocery stores of malls are heavily marked up .difficult to run daily life using them
see the tension in the trader ? maybe be he is holding sm big positions overnight.
Ha ha .nope am a day trader
@@daytraderbangalore God bless you guys . Very inspiring and powerful couple .
Why wear watches when at home
It’s a smart watch, worn even while sleeping to track ur sleep 🙄
It’s a smart watch , worn even while sleeping 🙄
if he really made 2.5cr then why not buy ur own house.
Live in relationship, rent problem, stability in income for rent, marriage without baby and dog/cat, lack of driving skill, rent + driving cost, wife is lucky
Nice couple…guy having some mark on neck😂
Moneycontrol. ❌ The Tenant. ✅ Vishal Bhargava. ✅✅
Nice couple. Complimentary in their thoughts and actions and decisions.
Bolimagane, it's not Bangalore, it's Bengaluru.
Hinglish 😅
This is so sad
You don't have to tell everything to that TV guy
Are we called migrants in our own country 😅
Learn car driving Mohini u will save 25 k
But driving is a full time activity in bangalore, it’s no fun ..it’s like a work..
@@rockz1901 awesome house and very well decorated, I would to like to connect with Santhosh regarding trading
@@rockz1901true and all tht tension of driving following rules , half your energy is gone before u reach work
Sir I live near by there house can u please let me contact them as a good mentor please
🙏
Girl speaks so much that its annoying now.
This flat is easily 2 crore rupees worth and the rental yield is just 2.5%
That's an eye opener for those who think real estate always give good returns.
