With comparison to Indian chettinad styles and other styles .. this is so dull .. I wonder if anyone will buy it .. having lived in the US for 13 years , this design do not strike the chord . All the best and hope you get the right customers to buy the properties !! To each to its own .

No shower enclosure, NO grab bars!, no towel racks, no cupboards. Where do you keep/ hang clothes? No storage cabinets in the garage,solid walls. Stairs in the wrong place. Not a good floor plan, that is my opinion. Lot of flaws.
There is nothing called kannadiga architecture unless you're talking thatched roofs, mud walls and basic brick work with terracotta coated floors, no thanks, that was 200 years ago, I'll leave that to the slumdwellers

Aesthetically looking good, but functionally has some flaws. Too much glass facade used on the exterior walls. Functionally, it will be miserable to bare Bangalore Winter. I guess even summer will be hard with excessive heating of inside spaces.
