Yes. Chennai is very expensive. We can not eat street side food, darshini or mess food like in Bangalore because it's usually not clean. So we need to rely on hotels like Sangeetha, saravana bhavan which are actually good but expensive. Outskirts like Avadi, Ambattur are cheaper rent wise but food expenses are still the same. 4:03 Dude way out her league.
Issue even if u pay good rent, u still get sub standard facilities.
For good facilities u have to pay way high. And i think its the indian psyche issue, poeple want money but dont want to give service in proportion.
My friend lives in malaysia, and he told me he got semi frunished flat 1 bhk. And its value for money.
Rent?
Very good Vlog 👍
Rents are high and owners are bad here😢

Prestige city Sarjapur mein 3bhk ka kya rent milega
The fact that i earn more than the guy and spend 4.5k on rent lel . Its better to spend the remaining on emi for a house 😂
Then again its all wfh for me and im only bangalore for the weather lel .
4:54-Yours is 10 k more almost double of his friend .
In logo ki wajah se hi rent itna jyada hai, itna rent kaise de sakte hai.... In logo ki wajah se hi owner greedy ho jate hai, negotiate karna aata hai nahi 😅 😑 I am living near Baghmane (HAL) and paying 16K rent for 2BHK ground floor (1200 sq feet), And Baghmane back gate is just 300 Meter far from my flat. 😅
I Wish your house owner not seeing this video😝
Once again if WFH is imposed, these all costly rent will be doomed
why mostly companies are not allowing WFH 😢
