this guy makes real music that pretty much everyone should strongly relate to his song so far away is one of the best songs ive heard period thats the best thing the artist shows us what there going through or been through and the music does the rest amazing

been listening to a radio interview with aaron.in it he said he had to distance himself from reading fan letters and answering fan questions because he couldn't handle it any longer that there was always a heartbreaking story in every letter.the straw that broke the camel's back was the boy who learned to play outside perfectly on the guitar,then looped it and hung himself to it.watch aaron's reaction at 1:29 when he gets another fan question.must've been pretty hard to deal with the boys death.

Aaron is my biggest influence in writing songs and playing guitar. I grew up on thrash metal and still listen to it, but Staind is the most inspirational and my favorite band ever. I just find myself in Aaron's songs.
