Excellent! I don’t know what’s worse, adjusting these windows or replacing the heater core. I haven’t even thought about the motor mounts! Thanks for the video, I hope to achieve similar results with out cutting the heck out of my hands.
It was a lot easier than I thought. Just too about 45 minutes

So glad I found this video! I have a 71 Camaro that both windows are out of wack! Body shop quoted a small fortune to align. I built the whole car and the windows were probably the hardest part to get correct! Thanks

Just bought a new glass for my Camaro. Had marked the positions of all the bolts/nuts but the new window was really a mess at those adjustments. About ready to send it back but your video saved the day. Had to change everything quite a bit. Good video, clear and easy to follow. Thanks!

Hey. Thanks for the video. The top of my window has a lot of play and I can not adjust it out. Do you think it’s the regulator?
It could be. Could also be the felts on th bottom as well.

@@cwmotorsports4497 also, check to see if the window bolts are loose or if it came out of the track. It’s hard to say but if you take the door panel off you could see if something is loose in there.
How about power windows? Are there additional adjustments?
I am honestly not sure about power windows.
Do the doors actually drop/sag about a half inch so the window can clear all the trim while it’s being opened/closed?
I think they say a bit till they hit the striker yes
if adjusted right window will not hit the trim. if your door drops or you can lift it noticeably when open you need new door pins and bushings in them. cheap kit
Theres a ring on the striker that I think is designed to pull the door up a bit once you close it. Otherwise the window would hit the frame when you close the door.
My window kinda goes inward
Have to adjust the bottom tabs inward as well. Should fix it
