With Storks, I laughed multiple times. With Boss Baby, I just cringe or feel nauseous. And like I said, Storks is cuter, the babies in Storks do have big eyes but they're not THAT big, and they're still pretty cute. But in Boss Baby, the babies have these massive eyes and wait, not only do the babies have these eyes, ALL the characters in Boss Baby have these massive eyes, which makes them all look pretty obnoxious. Oh and in Storks, a chubby baby appears briefly near the end and he looks absolutely adorable, but in Boss Baby, the chubby baby looks like a giant blob of pudding! That's not what chubby babies look like!!!

I think it was a pretty good movie! I loved how at the end, different types of families were showcased, whether it be single parents, same-sex couples or hetero couples, I think it was a nice message to show that there are all different shapes and sizes of families and that each one is special and unique! This movie came out in 2016, when I was a lot younger and I didn’t quite yet fully understand LGBT and it was much less portrayed in media. I remember this movie was one of my first introductions to the LGBT community and I think it was good for me to learn about it early on. The movie allowed me to have conversations with my parents, wherein they taught me to accept everyone and that love comes in all different forms. Without this movie, it may have been several more years until I fully “found out” about the LGBT community, and because I learned to acknowledge it when I was younger, I grew up to be much more understanding, empathetic and accepting than I would’ve been if I’d been shielded from it. It helped me maturely look at different types of families and households. Even if it was a decently average movie, I think it’s message of family importance is absolutely solid.
Oh gosh me too! I remembee seeing it and understanding the single parent but i did catch the same sex couples and was confused. Years later, found out i was a lesbian and looking back, i think i see why i watched this movie like, 35 times

It's so odd that there's a lot of similarities between both Storks & The Boss Baby. Yet one came out kinda underated in 2016 & the other came out recognized in 2017. I guess Alec Baldwin as a talking baby was an interesting concept than a talking Stork trying to deliver a baby whose voiced by Andy Samberg.
I remember thinking that the boss baby was a sequal to The Strocks since both had a child getting a baby delivered to them But 9 year old me couldn't figure out why the baby didn't have pink hair Or was a boy now
Fun Fact: Tulip is played Katie Crown who also played Izzy from the Total Drama series and Pigeon Toady is played by Stephen Kramer Glickman who also played Gustavo from Big Time Rush.

I actually did watch this with my family in the theaters. It was fun to laugh at but was overall pretty forgettable which didn’t necessarily make it “bad” just “ok.” Also the the husband and wife representation with Junior and Tulip was funny but also kinda weird. And I thought it was cool that the boss was named “Hunter” which is my name and you don’t hear it a lot on screen so yeah lol
13:00 You can decide either way, the stocks are just an alternative way for someone to get a baby, for any reason. Maybe a partner is infertile, maybe you don't want a partner and are alone but still want a kid, maybe you're a gay couple, maybe you're someone who can/ did get pregnant , but don't want to go through it again or there were complications. There are already multiple ways in our own world to have a baby (adoption, old fashioned, surrogacy), the stocks are just another option on top of it so someone could have a baby. This is even sort of shown in universe where the Storks are not the only form of getting a baby.

My family did fostering, which is where I got my two younger siblings. I like this movie because it is hard when you fall in love with a child then have to let them go or, when you get someone who had a hard life and be able to show them love and care. So, apart from it being funny and cute, this movie is very relatable to me and my family. That ending was something else, I always cry when they're flying diamond destiny to her parents. When the house lights up and the tracker turns green, it gets me everytime because I think of the love shown. Junior and Tulip could see the family's love for Diamond destiny without even meeting them. It's the same for when Tulip was meeting her family, they never met her but they loved her so much because for 18 years they waited for her. I'm crying just thinking about it. My point is that Everyone has their own thoughts, and opinions about different things so, if you don't like the movie, It doesn't matter, It's special to me and that's what's important.

I may be in the minority, but I actually found Storks rather endearing. Of course it doesn't measure up to films like Wall-E and Arthur Christmas, but I find it surprisingly rewatchable, primarily because the movie's awkward writing and strange dialogue seems to be on purpose. The film's writers aren't taking it seriously, and viewers aren't expected to, either. The people who made the film were simply having fun doing it, and the end result doesn't have to be up there with the all-time greats.

The way my family found/watched Storks was via a random DVD with nothing but the word "Storks" in sharpie written on it. But nope, it was Storks, whether it was pirated or not I don't know lmao. Writing this out makes this shit sound fake as hell but we still have the DVD so, I've no idea
What bothers me so much with this film, is that the storks were designed with short necks. Probably to make them look more like eagles.

I respect your opinion, but I gotta respectfully disagree, Storks is actually a pretty good and underrated movie, it's waaaaaaaaay better and cuter than The Boss Baby.
Boss baby movies shouldn't exist, and the original writer of the Boss Baby book should come after the people who made the boss baby movies.

Boss baby makes me want to unlive but this movie is epick
Awful propaganda.
I actually have a major soft spot for this movie! I really like the chaotic energy and commitment to the exaggerated expressions and cartoony physics

The film's writers aren't taking it seriously, and viewers aren't expected to, either. The people who made the film were simply having fun doing it, and the end result doesn't have to be up there with the all-time greats.
