Just remember that one of the big problems for Megamind in the first movie is that he's literally struggling to cope with the fact that his fight with Metroman and as a villain is finished and he doesn't have any idea what to do next. Until one of his mishaps accidentally created a worse supervillain, giving him a chance to correct his mistake and becoming a superhero.
Kinda mirroring how most movies usually have one story. Specifically because the creators often have no idea how to extend it after it's finished and would either better leave it there as it is, or if there's luck, continuing the story with a fresh idea and great execution of said idea.

Megamind went from a masterpiece to a disasterpiece
Megamind 2 got the Penguin of Madagascar series graphics and animation 😂
But that was actually good compared to Meganind 2
You know, even though the DreamWorks TV shows looked sub-par, they at least they looked decent. All of them looked fine which means that this 2024 show made by DreamWorks is incredibly ugly for no reason. It looks worse than hoodwinked, a 2005 animated movie which has ugly yet watchable animation with an 8 million dollar budget.
HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!!!
Penguins was actually a great show in comparison. At least the characters were in character and the stories were interesting.
