      great question man, we'll often use them before workouts - not as entire workout. I'd say a couple times a week for sure. This time of year (in-season), you can even throw them in pre-practice as a warm up!

    Noticed you did the side drills the same way. Should you switch and lead with the other foot for balance?

      Great question. Absolutely! Any drill where there's one foot leading we'll do twice to make sure we're addressing both sides.
