The color is perfect!! Dyeing my sisters hair this color. I love using adore semi-permanent dye because it’s vegan and a healthier dye option for hair.
Yaaaaayyy! !!! Color change😊I'm all the way here 4 the fun of color change💕this color on u! !! Super excited for yur new look & it is super cute! !!! 👍👍😊✌
Hi! After you have dyed you hair.. do you use normal shampoo and conditioner on wash day? Or do you use a shampoo and conditioner that helps for coloured hair?
Looks nice I used to be dark red and wine, try l'oreal highlights for dark hair only tou can reach the color you want without bleaching it. Beautiful!!!!
HI! My natural color is the color of my roots, so a dark, dark brown (pretty much looks black). If your hair is black, you will need to lighten it at least a little bit to pick up a true red or burgundy. But you might be able to get a hint of a burgundy tint if you don't pre-lighten!
I usually put down some tub/bathroom cleaner before I start rinsing. It kind of coats the tub and that way the dye falls onto the cleaning foam, not directly onto the tiles and tub. But I haven't had too much of an issue with staining
Amanda Jones I have dyed my hair red a few times and I prefer to wash my color out in the sink to contain the mess..otherwise my shower looks like a murder scene lol.
do you think I would be able to get the color from the first time you dyed it if I added more of the crimson to this mixture? I like both of the colors they are really pretty but, i kind of want it to be brighter. thanks!
loving the color...i like to switch it up too..sometimes i go brighter and sometimes i go darker..that's the beauty of using a semi dye..u can switch it up pretty easily..
Did anyone else have trouble with the product actually staying in your hair? I left it in for 40 minutes and when I went to rinse it out, basically all of the color came out :-(. What did I do wrong?
Thank you so much! You are amazing! I've been wanting burgundy hair for so long but I could never get it right. I love the color I got with the 2 mixed. Thank you again! I'm so glad I found your channel!
Hey if I want to dye my natural hair do I have to wash it first or no just ask cuz right it been a while send I dye it n it black with a little sand brown in it
Kenzie i tried this but it isnt bright enough i got the colors you said and used same measurements. What would i do next to go a little bit brighter? Same mix with more crimson? And how long should i wait?
First off! Great vid, and I am officially a subscriber! Thank you for this. You have inspired me so, and I am headed in this direction very soon, however, while I like the color from this vid also, I love love LOVE the color from the photos you posted from when you originally went burgundy. This is EXACTLY the color I have been trying to achieve, and I'd like to do this. Do you have a vid on how you did that, or do you remember the process you did to achieve it? What did you do different from this video? Thanks so much in advance!
The color is really nice. One question I'm trying to get something like this but my permanent bace is red should I do this mixture or just add magenta from adore 88? What is your point of view?
Hi! I'm not a professional so I can't be sure. I say to be safe you can always try both and test the color on a white paper towel before applying to your hair!
Does the oil on my hair matter before I put the dye on? After I put the dye on I let it set for an hour an then just rinse it out or wash/condition it out?
hey! I wouldn't apply an oil onto my hair or anything that might prevent the dye from soaking into my hair! When it's time to rinse, I rinse out the dye, and then follow up with a wash-out or deep conditioner. Once I rinse that out, I style my hair with my normal products. I don't shampoo after dyeing because I don't want the color to bleed
It's my first time coloring my hair. I'm using adore Emerald. I left the bleach on my hair about 20 mins total but 10 mins for each side. how long do I leave the dye in my hair?
I've never used straight bleach on my hair, but as for semi-permanent dyes from adore, I leave them on my hair for at least an hour and that's always more than enough for me!
it never fully disappears as it stains the hair, but it fades out significantly. How quickly and how much it fades depends on how you maintain it. For example, hot water or washing your hair more often will cause the color to fade more quickly.
Hi! This is a semi-permanent color. So it loses color technically with every wash but is more powerful than a basic rinse. It does not chemically change the color of my natural hair, it only works over areas that have been prelightened in some way. The color stains the light parts of my hair, so it never goes completely away, but it fades and becomes less vibrant over time. I hope this helps!
Love your hair color but I have a question I colored my hair copper brown and it’s a fire red color on 10/13 I’m starting a new job and I don’t want this red hair what color should I get and can I rinse my natural hair two times in a month
I love the color girlie that's the color I wanna dye my hair. I have a question does the adore color bleed a lot? Like after you dye your hair when you wash it out does it begin to fade ?? I had that issue with a lot of rises and that's why ended up dying my hair instead.
like any red, it definitely does bleed. but I wouldn't say a lot. It also depends on your wash routine. Because I don't use shampoo very often, that helps the color last longer. It doesn't bleed as much when I co-wash but bleeds more when I use shampoo
This has nothing to do with the video but I have a question.. I'm transitioning and at this point a good 85-95% of my hair is curling again but there are parts that are semi/completely straight. I don't necessarily want to big chop because I've already cut it about 4 times. What should I do ?
If you don't want to big chop all at once, I would say just continue to transition and trim a little bit off each month. That way you're still getting rid of the straight ends but it's not as drastic. Another option is just to put it in protective styles until those straight ends eventually grow out. But honestly the longer you wait to cut them, the longer it will take for your hair to thrive the way it can!
Everything is beautiful about you. Thank you for sharing. Do you find your hair drier over time due to the color? And how often do you moisturize your hair?
My color fades pretty quickly because I wash my hair twice a week, but it doesn't bother me and doesn't bleed onto my clothing unless I've JUST touched up the color. Or maybe sometimes around the color if I'm wearing a white shirt, which is rare for me.

Which colors?
This color with your eyes 😍😍😍😍
Your curl pattern 😍😍😍😍
Thank you, lovely!
what color is your natural hair ? I want to try this my hair is jet black. would I need bleach ?

Can you explain how you rinsed it out because I went in my shower and it stained my whole tub
I usually put down some tub/bathroom cleaner before I start rinsing. It kind of coats the tub and that way the dye falls onto the cleaning foam, not directly onto the tiles and tub. But I haven't had too much of an issue with staining
Amanda Jones I have dyed my hair red a few times and I prefer to wash my color out in the sink to contain the mess..otherwise my shower looks like a murder scene lol.
hahaha totally agree! I've washed my hair out in the kitchen sink before!
Kenzie Kenz girl I wash my hair in the kitchen sink most times lol
If you wash it out in a stainless steel sink like in the kitchen you shouldn’t have any staining issues. Try it out ;)
do you think I would be able to get the color from the first time you dyed it if I added more of the crimson to this mixture? I like both of the colors they are really pretty but, i kind of want it to be brighter. thanks!
You're curls are gorgeous😍😘
It Looks Great! Your color looks really shiny! You have Beautiful hair!
Thanks so much!
Was your hair previously lightened/lifted/bleached?
For her hair to get this red , must have bleached also because just this dye does not take as bright as it shows in video
loving the color...i like to switch it up too..sometimes i go brighter and sometimes i go darker..that's the beauty of using a semi dye..u can switch it up pretty easily..
definitely!

Meee too smh
If you leave the dye in longer does it last longer or is that damaging to the hair?🤔
This is off topic but you’re very pretty and your eyes omg 😍😍
How long does it last? Looks beautiful
Thank you so much! You are amazing! I've been wanting burgundy hair for so long but I could never get it right. I love the color I got with the 2 mixed. Thank you again! I'm so glad I found your channel!

hi! What color was your hair before you applied the dye? If it wasn't lifted to a light brown or blonde, the color won't be that vibrant
Tamika Reynolds I Would Say More Crimson And Less Eggplant.
lifting your hair would make the color pop

How do you do your wash and his with the color flaking with the product
Is it necessary to use the brown ?
The color is really nice.

My hair is dark brown and I want to dye it black. Do I need to use anything other than just the color bottle?
My hair now is purple and I love it. Will try the Ricch eggplant I use purple passion by sparks !!!!
How many washes does it last im looking for a 2 to 4 wash.
try adding creme of nature burgundy blaze next time..😊
Gorgeous! Love this!
What's the name of the lip stick you have on in the picture?
Do I need to use more than one bottle to do my full head?
I love the color

Loved the video! How long does semi permanent dye last for you?
My hair is dark brown. Did you bleach your hair the first time you dyed your hair?
hi! I had dyed my hair blonde over a span of months using box dyes
Can I turn my hair get this color if its black? With just adore 😩
How long did it take for the colour to fully disappear?
it never fully disappears as it stains the hair, but it fades out significantly. How quickly and how much it fades depends on how you maintain it. For example, hot water or washing your hair more often will cause the color to fade more quickly.

letisha Washington get a purple rinse. It’ll be burgundy.
wear a wig
Do you recommend to wash the hair before applying the dye? Should the hair be dry first before applying?
i never used to wash before applying but i know some ppl prefer that. i usually applied my dye on dry hair
Trying this in 2024 yes
My hair has never been dyed before would this process work on my hair?
if your hair is dark, the color probably won't show up very strongly. If it's lightened to a light brown or blonde, it'll show up better!
Kenzie Kenz would a developer help?
Getting ready to dye my natural hair & weave this color wish me luck! 😭🤞🏽
I'm loving the colour!!!!! 😍😍😍😍💜💜💜💜💜
Thank you!
Where do you buy the adore hair dye
I get mine from Ricky's beauty supply in NYC
