    Thank you for this excellent workout video. I am 71 and have never used a vibrating plate before and I believe I can do this!

    Just completed the ankle weight workout. I wore wrist weights too and tried to use arms as well. I loved it!!! I am having hand and wrist issues from years of using heavy weights. I plan to put the weights down for a while. I would love more wrist/ankle weighted work on vibe plate. Thank you for adding a new twist to my daily workouts. Your pleasant smiley disposition is beautiful!❤ I’m a big fan!

The weights really does give it a little extra and sometimes I do the ankle weights also, I love it!
