I’m unfamiliar with the device that you are working out on. Does it make the workout harder? I’m looking for low impact workouts because I have trouble with joint pain.
I watched more of the video and watching the lunges I can see the added difficulty! I would have to to work up to just finishing this without the board! Nice 👍🏽

I have been using and trying to add more intense workouts to make the most out of such a short time and it has been so great! Definite worth the purchase, they are always on sale and so much you can do with it!! Let me know what you thing♥️
Love the 15 minute work outs with stretch and resistant training. Not much out their short and effective for those of us short on time but need something that gives results.

I greatly appreciate it and I am especially grateful for your vibration plate workouts. I have been using them for two weeks now and can already see a marked difference in my balance, and at 60 that really matters. I especially enjoy your full body VP workouts but would also like to see one or two standing core workouts on the VP. I hope that is something you might consider adding in the future. Just completed the ankle weight workout. I wore wrist weights too and tried to use arms as well. I loved it!!! I am having hand and wrist issues from years of using heavy weights. I plan to put the weights down for a while. I would love more wrist/ankle weighted work on vibe plate. Thank you for adding a new twist to my daily workouts. Your pleasant smiley disposition is beautiful!❤ I’m a big fan!

@@juliewood4340 hiii, if you are just starting I would do 3-5 lbs. Then work up to 10 lbs. from there! You are going to do great!!

Hi 👋 I really enjoy your work outs. The other day I woke up with a sore neck and shoulder and did one of your weight VP WO’s to loosen everything up. My neck and shoulder felt better but still a little sore. So I laid my back on the plate with my head hanging over for maybe a couple of minutes no more. I swear the soreness was gone instantly. Workout shake plus the laying down worked the kink out. I am sure you get this a lot but you remind me of a young Marisa Tomei. Bless your little heart and keep the workouts coming. I did barre with you and loved it. ❤
