  • In this demonstration, I'll be layering several chalk paint colors on a French provincial dresser featuring ‪@DixieBellePaint‬ pink colors. Step-by-step help on each layer from darks to lights. The coats of colors featured include Apricot, Peony, Flamingo, and Cottage Door. Once those dried I added Pink Champagne, Tea Rose, and Soft Pink towards the top of the dresser. The top was stained with No Pain Gel Stain: Colonial Black. The rim of the top I painted with Coffee Bean to match the stain. I added Gilding Wax: Gold to the decorative areas. The hardware was cleaned with Bar Keeper's Friend, and then I painted Plum Crazy on the hardware and wiped off the excess.

Love your color combo. If it were me, I would have gone through 3 or 4 quarts of paint even though I didnt need to.
