Thanks for so many great recommendations!!! I am spending a month in Barcelona now…. your video really helps me track down what else I need to visit in the remaining weeks.
7:07 Those tracks aren't old at all xd. They're from 2004 when the newer Trams started service in Barcelona :) Also, the C in Ciutadella is pronounced as an S (same with the Ç at Plaça Espanya) But those are minor errors, great video :)
Going there in may. Will see Barcelona Pavilion since Miles was such a large figure in CHICAGO architecture. He has 15 building and 30 that were done by his students.
It is to bad you don’t have subtitles underlining the places you mention unless you have a superb memory and an retail the information 6OU give. The places you mention are absolutely worth visiting. I’ll have to get a book that highlights the places you mentioned.
I am fortunate to have been born in 1957 in Barcelona, so I know what was to walk ramblas before 8 am with no people around, to go into the cathedral and listen to the silence, and in July, August the city was a quarter of the people since most left the city on vacation and now I do not want to visit Barcelona as far I am concern it has been destroyed, again lucky to have grow up when the world had not a clue of its existence
Hi! There is a lot of Modernisme in Barcelona that the tourism office is not even advertising. This is a pity, because 3 or 4 spots are overcrowded and others are totally forgotten. Next time you come here you must also explore the industrial architecture heritage in Poble Nou district. Also the surrounding districts, as they were small villages in the past and they still keep a really quiet and cool vibe and there are litelrally 0 tourists
😂😂.. you forgot about the most beautiful hospital in the world "Hospital de Sant Pau" and the first theme park in the world "El Pueblo Español" that Walt Disney visited and from here the San Diego park arose - California
Sounds like a great experience! Barcelona's architecture is a mix of historic and modern styles,

I don't have subtitles, but you can check the description for time stamps of each attraction plus the name of the attraction. Hope that helps!

For the FC Barcelona fans: Keep in mind that the Camp Not is now closed for two years (renovation) and the home games will take place on the Montjuic.
Good to know!
