i brought the car in september 2021 and the car was sitting in the driveway for 5 months and then i started to drive the car and it's making a noise like that when i press the gas i thought i was having a valve train noise but i don't think that's the problem. i changed the oil and now it's making that noise only when i press the gas. i change the spark plugs the air filter pcv valve change the motor oil and filter clean the throttle body and the mass air flow sensor i didn't change the fuel filter yet but i will so what can that noise be when i press the gas
These cars are pretty dependable, parts are pretty cheap, and are easy to fix. If you're in the rust belt, just make sure to check the frame, because it's built kinda like a truck.

Yeah probably because you cut the CATALAYTIC CONVERTS off not the mufflers and your o2 SENSORS ARE GIVING YOUR ENGINE TOO MUCH FUEL BECAUSE OF A FALSE READING

buy new tire rods, this has nothing to do with sound but apparently those are common to go bad on 90's panther platforms, my dad's 96 vic is sitting in the driveway on jack stands cause the driver side tire rod broke. it's all sorts of scratched up underneath.
I got a pair of welded FlowMaster style mufflers on Amazon for like $65. Mine will be attached just before the Y pipe, so just beneath my seats with turndowns.
Perfect example why not to learn from on the internet two things not even using a jack stand and not even replacing the entire pipe When you get fumes in the car and die of carbon monoxide because you didn't put a pipe between the pipe you cut out

No. They stick out further, because of the offset, but usually that's the point.
You may or may not depending on how you want the fitment to look
