I love the XP series, I got the 200 and 400 back when they weren't overly expensive and modding one to be a 300/all-in-one was my first electronics project!
I got the modulator and space station new back in the day, I managed to snag the others so now I have all four. Back then I preferred the modulator, the space station was just so out there, now it’s become my favorite.
That sounds super cool. I want one now. Ha. I have an XP100. It’s super cool too - I did a video showing some of the tricks it does. Very unique pedal.
Your Pacifica sounds beautiful; such nice chord voicings too. Are those the stock pickups? Either way, the guitar and your playing sound great with the XP-200. 🙂
The xp 200 is alright i guess i have a whammy wah thats modded with all the eproms from the whole series the space station id say is the best then the whammy wah then the modulation then the reverberation.you cant use all the programs at once you have to select which set of programs you want on the selector switch knob then plug the power supply in.its a staple of my board i honestly use the whammy wah the most really
@@TSFAHTPS it used to be pretty cheap you could send it to jetpack mods and they would do it for fifty dollars now it's like 200$ I got mine already done for like 300$ from reverb I used to see them for way cheaper but the words out and the prices reflect it
I wish they would rerelease the space station with new sounds and the ability to edit a bunch of parameters.hell maybe just the xp series in one big pedal with extras added and the ability to change things theres so much more that could be done with the sounds just by being able to edit the parameters why they don't allow you to change anything much is beyond me
Judging by the numbering system, I imagine that they cut cost by using 8-bit chips wherever possible. Parameters likely were not accessible because the processor would need to be faster, and it is possible that allowing parameters to be edited would have significantly increased the memory requirement. The extremely-simple display is another indication that costs were cut as much as possible. For as much as I wish I had started guitar in high school or even junior high (late '90s), researching contemporary gear through the lens of my family's finances made me grateful that I waited.

Is it difficult to do that? I’ve been thinking about doing it
You guys have to do one on the Space Station now. Another iconic pedal by Digitech
That’s the one I don’t have…and the prices are CRAZY!!
It’s digitech retro and I love it!… if you have chance would a video of your old rack gear be. Possible!?!🙂
We have been wanting to do that for ages!!
Love!
I have an xp100 on my board. Would love to hear the boss panner (as used by Slowdive!)

Yes please on the rerelease!!
