      This is the best book I have ever read - nay - experienced. Crisp points saying the things perhaps you know, but from totally different perspectives. I have heard lots of discourses on spirituality, but they remained just that - discourses. It is in fact a crime to think that this is spirituality because it is not: it is the way everyone of us needs to live.
      I completed the book in a couple of days of reading end-to-end. I knew this is a treasure which needed to be read in pieces still couldn't resist finishing - that is first reading of course....
      I have now started reading in small pieces with full contemplation as advised by Mr. Anderson
      One thing for sure: this is one book which must be read over & over again. Years of conditioning needs to be weaved away ever so gently.
      New beginning awaits you. There is no age to begin. I am spreading the book purely because I don't want people to miss such a vital opportunity that they can ever get in their life. And before death.
      Spread the message, gift the book if you can. I am sure you can.
      p.s. name of this book is "kit for emotional stability" by Daniel Anderson

    Great Video! Short and sweet! I watch it before beginning my working day in sales and it really helps to put me in the right frame of mind! One great quote I have from a sales course I did when I was first starting out - really helps in handling rejection: "I am not judged by the number of times I fail, but by the number of times I succeed, and the number of times I succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times I can fail and keep on trying"

    A person who is more hopeful will act more hopeful. A person who acts more hopeful will become more hopeful. A person who is more calm will act more calm. A person who acts more calm will become more calm. Breathing deep, being grateful, having positive internal dialogue, having faith for the future are actions that are more calm.

    I am used to doing everything on my own, and i won't move to the next task till i have done the first one to perfection. It takes alot of time and hardwork. I recently got promoted and now i can't do all the work on my own. I have a couple of subordinates who are good workers but i think it's my inability to delegate (due to the fear that they will do the tasks wrong, for which i am ultimately responsible, which would negatively impact my reputation). Delegation is a must for me but everytime i decide to delegate sonething i get confused about what to delegate. Please help.

    • @anthonyrendon6293
      @anthonyrendon6293 5 років тому +1

      Haider Ali after delegating follow up with them to know if they are on the right path for what is needed. Let them have wings but also assure them they can come to you if they are stuck. If you micro-manage they will not bloom. Also be ready to correct their possible mistakes without putting them down. Instead use mistakes as growth.

    “So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.” Ephesians 5-15-16
    Time is the most valuable commodity that we have in life. It’s more valuable than money. You can make more money, but you can’t make more time. When you woke up this morning, God gave you a present called “today.” And with that gift comes a responsibility. The scripture tells us to redeem the time, to make the most of every opportunity. That simply means don’t let it go to waste. Don’t live this day unfocused, unhappy, negative or defeated. Make the most of every day. God has entrusted you with His life. He has breathed His very breath into you. He has put gifts and talents on the inside of you. You have seeds of greatness deposited in you. You’re a person of destiny, and you have an assignment and a purpose to fulfill!
    I encourage you today to evaluate how you are spending your time. Refocus your life. Let go of any distractions. Shake off any self-pity, any discouragement, any disappointments of the past and run your race with purpose. Be careful how you live and redeem the time so that you can fulfill the destiny He has prepared for you.

    Every time I view one of these videos to help me before service (working in a fine dinning restaurant) I can’t help but notice all the references to being ‘successful’ and ‘working under pressure’ are male characters in a business style environment- never any women displayed, bit of equality going ahead would be nice. I’m not picking a fight by the way, I just only ever see male cartoons on videos about being successful. X
