It perfectly describes me ....only the problem is ppl think I’m arrogant or show off....except they’re so wrong.....ppl like us have expectations they don’t just mingle with anyone ...we try our best to stay true to ourselves and less concerned about what others think of us...Thus some ppl get cold feet and never approach us...which is sad cos truly we’re very spontaneous open mined non judge mental down to earth type 😊basically a realist.

This is me and you describe this better that I can :) Sometimes I feel like no one understands me how I am and think they know me well but they are not sure who they are either. They are trying to judge you and avoid you because you feel yourself much better in your shoes and have confidence and even they hate your positive energy and they need years to get to your level and your strong personality. They think you are an arrogant and cocky but they are like that and judging you for nothing because you are usually a moderate guy who wants to help others and love all people regardless their culture or intellect and also like to keep some things for himself. You are way above the average people and you still don't have to show them that and demonstrate others who you really are. You don't need other people's approval and know exactly who you are. And also you have to come here and express yourself because in reality some people can't relate to your thoughts and think you are a weird person and too sensitive. Sometimes after a small talk with this kind of people I have to smile because I feel they want to be in my place but they can't do that even if I want to help them. If they are reading this they think you are overreacting because they think you are not like that and only want to copy others. Who can relate to these ideas I am feeling right now?

I get this a lot. People act a certain way around me. I even asked a co-worker why she doesn't joke around with me like she does with others. She told me, "You don't seem the type to kid around." I was and am okay with that.
Now I get why people never approach me and when they do they always go with "you are scary or you sound mean".... 😑😑

I know my personality scares people it's been that way my whole life. Which leads to people ganging up on me to fight or just talk me to death about how I should be ashamed for whatever reason they see fit. Which was a problem as a teen. Now as a grown man you can't pay people to test me. They may start out with it strong but they soon crumble under my pressure.

Absolutely correct! Strong personality has gotten me through my tough times in my life yes moody but IAM mellow also. I now don't run after people who keep giving out negative vibes and focus on the good and oh I SAY IT AS IT IS and people don't like that then tough . I am who I am and what you see is what you get n if you don't like it then there's the door. I am disabled so things are tough but I grit my teeth smile and get on with it. I am almost completely blind, and a small 4 11 girl in her 20s, so I get a lot of people who think they have the right to tell me how my life should go, who I am, and what I should do with my self and my life! It’s safe to say it doesn’t go to well for them! It is stil a hard road for me to travel, as I am sumtimes accused of being rude, but I would rather be a little rude then under sum-ones thumb!

Okay so this is not a strong personality in my opinion. A strong person would not get mad for someone being 10 minutes late or a small talk because respect, tolerance and patience ARE strengths. Also a strong person is not moody because they can control their energy levels AND their moods.
Just because someone is mentally strong doesn't mean they are perfect and. It doesn't mean they will get mad at someone for being ten minutes late they just don't appreciate it when people want them to spend so much of their time doing things that aren't important to them when they have a life to live they value their time
I would like to point out the reason why strong personality people don't like small talk and it's because the other person starting the small talk cares nothing about the conversation to begin with, they are just using it for their own entertainment, so basically them starting a small talk conversation translates to a fake conversation because the other person doesn't really care for it, I only have to wear a mask at work though because that is where there are a lot of sheep and if you prove you are different, everyone looks at you like your in the movie attack of the body snatches and your the people in the movie while they are the monsters all being the same

The title of your video is all that I needed. I knew this is me. I figured whatever you gonna say I can handle it. I accepted the challenge by watching the video otherwise I would not have given you the time of day. I figured so 7 criticizing points that cool. I can handle it. From point number 1 to 7 was me. It has been pretty hard for me since I've got bullied for years because of my 'strong personality'. I managed to overcome these hardships without the help of anyone yet I've still got the ''strange and scary girl'' reputation even though I don't really know what I've done wrong.

Focus on the good things and when your focus is too frustrating to maintain go for a walk or run to let it out. Listen to the wind, the trees, the birds, notice squirrels and insects and study their behaviour for a bit. A certain peace will come over you and your focus will return. Use that focus to concentrate on... *insert Tim's advice here *

How I deal with it is I take a minute to appreciate the things I've got. For example, when I am frustrated at work and want to just speak my mind and leave with a bang, I think to myself. Take a breath in. Where was I before I had this? How much has this changed my life? And can I continue without it? Usually after taking some time to think things through I learn to appreciate the things I have and realize that it was just my emotions getting the best of me. Hope this helps.

I am an actress and lost my job today cause of my "strong personality" 🤷♀️
Yea well for me being myself at the last job I had,they said I needed to talk to a therapist cause I had something wrong with me and I had asked the manager and he wasn't able to tell me what it was, he just said it was for me to figure out, the whole thing sounded like an excuse to fire me because they were cutting my hours, so at every work place I have to wear a mask unless I can find other outcasts like me because that's what we all are, hence why most movies have people with weak personalities cause there are more weak people in this world than there are strong people
