You forgot that horrible people take advantage of good environments and that's usually what evokes the negative cycle.
You know these things are unavoidable in life, it is duality.
      Everything splits and recycles.

Be close to your friends, though be closer to your enemies. No so close that they can ultimately do you in. Don't go on the far west side of Ogden, Utah, USA, least your in with that bunch, for they are neither good nor bad just mixed up. Must be too much government control, is why they'll shoot you for just being there.

@@TheJanakulkarni it is a daily practice from the moment you look in the mirror. We recreate ourselves everyday and we want to feel good about ourselves at the end of the day when we are going to sleep. That is the beauty of life. If you are given the blessing of waking up, you are giving your self the chance of recreating yourself and you can choose in your life that can have around you to keep that vision of yourself balanced. At the end of the day it is only you that can judge yourself.

      @KRISHNA CHANDRA Kurup
Meditation and mindfulness are two awesome things I find that help me control any anger towards other people.
The answer I find is not no response, but *How* will you respond?
When you do respond at home make sure first to take a few small breathes in and out, then think about what you want to say.
How do you want to say it?
When you focus on what you feel and how you feel like expressing it, then you can slow down and look at the better options.
Is there a nicer way to say this?
If so, then why am I not doing that?
The ways of others should not be the ways of my own.
      Create your own path.
I also find that practicing nonviolent communication can also help you to become a more peaceful person.
I hope that some of this has helped, and if you do want to talk about it more, then I am right here.

I think the trick is self-awareness. The moment anger comes into play internally, it is not a choice, but the more self-aware a person becomes, the more of a choice they give themselves. The moment after conscious awareness of anger, a choice arises. I see myself angry, and I either choose to sit and feel the anger, or "change the channel". Tap into serenity. Gratitude, humility, acceptance, patience. These all can say "It's ok" without 'it' being 'ok'. Injustice is still injustice. But patience says "it can get better in time". Acceptance says "where we are in the process just is". Humility says "I have been unjust before, and I was allowed that moment". Gratitude says "better them than me, to be unjust. I am grateful for a different perspective".

About 5 min ago, my younger brother shouted at me, telling me to close our bedrooms door. He said he wanted to be alone and that's why he told me to close the door. But he didn't mind me here at all, which is not what he normally does. So I asked him: "why should I close the door, you know you're not alone". To that he said he wanted personal space. In the other rooms there was no noise, people or anything else. So I told him that. He started shouting, swearing, telling me I'm like a little child. I was heartbroken inside but I knew that now I certainly can't close the door. I need to know why is he so angry. So I asked again, why? He started shouting and suddenly my dad came inside. He shouted at me too. It was difficult to keep a steady voice and not freak out, but I kept calm (which is big for me, so I'm proud of it personally). Dad closed the door after walking out. I'm trying not to cry right now, and it's a bit hard, but I feel unsafe in this same room and really not in the mood for conflict or tears. My dad and brother side against me a lot, so it wasn't very surprising, but I still didn't get to know why is my brother so angry? Why did he want the door closed? And why is my dad defending him at all costs and occasions? Did I do something wrong if the only thing I did was not obey my brother? What should I do? I want the best for them both, so I need to know whether I'm doing something wrong. I'm comforting myself with the idea, that when I grow up I won't need to deal with this, but I still got at least 3-5 years left until I can considering studying or moving out. This video helped me a lot. I'm still highly sensitive and emotional but I'm working on this. I know now that I'm gonna be fine and I trust God to lead me out of this situation. Btw this comment is just to make me feel better. I just get a sense of relief when explaining how I think and feel. Thank you for being a good community. Wish me strength in the presence of threats. Sorry for long comment, I just felt sad and miserable, trying to find a solution for three people with different minds. I wish you a merry Christmas, be safe ❤

They must be educated or punished to ensure they dont continue with their wickedness. Allowing them to continue harming others brings Karma down on you. Be careful with your thoughts and comments - mediate and become enlightened. You will never attain Dharma with the way you are thinking now.

Bad people Has a Bad Past or Miserable Life thats why they became Villain, and theres a Psychological effect on them. mostly to the people with Miserable childhood. they're also a victim too. thats why in reality theres no Bad people. thats why most of them are broke the rules of laws, they are just a person who has Bad experienced, Broken hearted and psychologically damaged.
you all people here need to learn psychology. and you will understand.

"If somebody else can decide what can happen within you right now, isn't this the ultimate slavery"
That really made me rethink how much I rely on people. Wouldn't all of my problems and sadness be easier to handle if I was not waiting for someone else to figure it out? I could figure it out right now! I don't need to wait for any husband or man!
