A small correction about 'deployed' vs 'released' - release is what makes the product usable by the end consumer, deployment by itself is constantly done while working on features and most of the time it's just internal.

Initial one hr was quite interesting. Metrics, reporting and tools would have been covered to make the course much interactive.

Just an observation from me, this seems to jump about a bit from Agile into Scrum then back to Agile. The part from about 1:20.00 to around 1:28.00 seems to cover old ground from the beginning. There is a section at the start which outlines what Agile is and the principles so I skipped most of the part mentioned above as it's basically repeating what has already been covered.

Good video, but the Agile Project Management part is really fast, I set the pace to 0.75 for that one.
Also, some of the speakers should have better English pronunciation or be replaced with native speakers. It's distracting to hear mispronunciations all the time while trying to focus.

Previously we were using waterfall methodologies and now we were in transition to agile. My question is what will happen to the other project with waterfall process. ?

what is relation of JIRA tool with scrum and agile
Jira tool helps you to track all the projects and process realted to nee tasks and feedback ,rewiew and approvals, i allows us complete the sprint which generally lasts for 2 weeks.
i was totally unfamiliar with these terms in software development
