½ cup (120mL) warm water
1 teaspoon (7g) honey
2 teaspoons (6g) instant dry yeast
⅔ cup (85g) vital wheat gluten amzn.to/3LDT9Yo
3 tablespoons (30g) oat fiber amzn.to/3LDT9Yo
2 tablespoons (15g) golden flaxseed meal amzn.to/3DOcd3z
¼ cup (25g) blanched almond flour
2 tablespoons (25g) powdered erythritol
2 teaspoons (6g) garlic powder or more
½ teaspoon (3g) salt
1 large egg
oat fiber for dusting
2 tablespoons (30g) softened unsalted butter
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons (30mL) unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon (3g) garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
1 teaspoon (1g) Italian seasoning
parmesan cheese (optional)
melted butter and fresh minced garlic for brushing
Knead for about 10-12 minutes after adding the butter.
Rest for 30 minutes.
Proof for 90 minutes.
Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Yields 6 servings (macros per serving)

@@arli2244 Around 235 - 240 degree celsius. That should be around 440 fahrenheit i think. I bake it till the crust looks crispy and brown and the cheese is melted. Around 10-15 minutes. Depending on how much topping i put on. Just go with your sensen. You will smell the wonderful pizza and you see the nice crust. The only thing i change with the ketosert recipe is i dont use garlic powder and ery in the dough. And you can freeze it as well. For me that is the perfect keto pizza dough! 🥰

The problem with your soapbox attitude is (most of the) WE WHO LIVE ON KETO don't fucking keep honey in the house. This recipe takes 1 tsp of honey. There is no fucking mention of what to sub for it. Cheapest goddamn honey is $4.22 at Walmart which is 23 fucking miles away from here at $4.87 a gallon of gas. My car would need 2+ gallons. That's about $9.75 for gas and 4.25 for honey equalling 14 fucking bucks for 1 single teaspoon of honey. Are you kidding me? $14.00 for 1 teaspoon and I'll likely never use the rest of it. So you wanna get back on your soapbox and lecture some more???

O gluten de trigo é que faz toda a diferença no sabor e textura macia. É uma delicia essa mistura de farinhas baixo em carboidratos. Já fiz e ficam deliciosos, macios e com gosto de pão.

Is oat fiber the same as oatmeal? No, oatmeal and oat fiber are not the same thing. Grinding the husk or hull of the oat grain makes oat fiber. Oatmeal is derived from the de-hulled oat groat. simplyoatmeal.com/what-is-oat-fiber/

I made these yesterday, the flavor was amazing and my very picky son loved it but I felt they turned out to be a little dry and hard than what it appears in the video. Once cool had a hard time swallowing. Any thoughts?

I live in the sticks and I had to order Vital Wheat Gluten and Oat Fiber; just did that this morning. These are going to be some expensive garlic knots!!! Mine didn't rise much at all and didn't go Fluffy, even when rolling them they were falling apart... I'm assuming the dough was under kneaded? I normally mix my keto bread in my thermal cooker for a few min, never had success hand kneeding lol anyone else have this issue?

Just a quick question, can I use any vital wheat gluten? I noticed Amazon has One in a Mill Vital Gluten with 2 net carbs vs Anthony's 4 net carbs per 1/4 cup serving. Bob Red Mills is 1 gram less st 3 net carbs. Can I get any of these? I am new to Keto and don't want to mess up

The honey will be converted to alcohol and carbon dioxide in the fermentation process so the carbohydrates are canceled out. The sugar in the honey has been left out of the nutritional info.
