I love thoes shutoff wrenches basically a threaded extension 3/8s and 1/2in for the shower head pipes and shutoff a lifesaver. Pasco 4525 keeps from damaging compression angle stops too simple tool.
The klein ET310 is awesome, have used it for other jobs but I went around my whole apartment to outlets and switches and labeled the breaker panel number on the wall covers. It comes with the standard bulb adapter which avoids having to pull down most light fixtures to find the circuit. I know things can get you down but life doesn't give you patience, it'll give you opportunities to be patient. Keep up the good work brah 🤙
I hear you on management's "gotta have it done" attitude. I only did apartment maintenance for a few years (and yes, with paper work orders) and your comment about finishing the unit by the first of the month when there isn't even a tenant moving in brought back MANY memories. Keep your chin up, man! God bless.
I thought I saw a tool to check that style blower motors plus I thought I saw a video where someone said there was a small part in the motor that was causing them to fail and the part was fairly easy to replace. Good job ! Thanks for sharing ! Have you blessed day !
Thanks for anther great video I hope things get better for you with management I'm sure it's very frustrating you do great work and there's no coroperation
Great video ray.. i am having the same stuff happen property management want to rush to get things done and fixed but want to drag their feet. And also no bonus for two month i think it tome for me to move on
Just asking if I missed the info on the hand held thermometer you used the other day I’m interested in purchasing one if you have a link would be greatly appreciated thank you for another great video
@@Raysmaintenance appreciate it I know you’re stressed with work so just whenever you have time thank you 🙏 and God Bless you and the rest of your day and weekend
not programmable - and yes you can do a swap out with standard motor but its a lot of rewiring -- not going there- and you can repair them but I need parts to do that.
ugh I hate the electronic motors with a passion, way too complicated. I want the days when you could oil the bearings and it would go for another few years, but nope everyones got to go to this modern high efficiency junk and I just laugh at them 🙄
I love those lever nut connectors. It’s my go to these days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hang in there ray I’ll send up a prayer for you.
Look to the lord he make the day better
I usually just touch the hot and neutral together and that pops the breaker I need. Plus I get a nice mini fireworks show.
Got to love that pro press tool.

Nice job! I hate when management isn't good with communication
Wish there was an easier way to check these ecm motors

Ray thanks for showing your day to day work orders
I have one of Klein tracers but I don’t have the alligator clips hook up
Paper work orders???? Hell no
I’ve purchased Genteq fan motor control modules on Amazon for $300.
I have no way to do that -- good idea

9:28 tenant gets charged?
Is someone n the apt with you, heard soft chuckle at 45 sec mark just when you put screws down
Great video as usual Ray. And have done a tub cutout before? If so any advice would be greatful. I get to do my first one next week.
Tub cutout? Explain
It's where you cut the side of the tub out to lower it. There's a plastic insert that is installed to make it easier to step in and out of the tub.
I would never do that. Just install a shower its better @brucesayre3559
I’ve never seen anyone do a tub like that some shower pans have a removable front for ADA
Yo Ray gotta ask man what inspired your tattoos?? And how much were they??

Hey Ray isn’t that one of those programmable blowers? Can you not change that out to a standard motor? Just wondering?

Lots of videos showing how to replace with psc motor..
Those new ECM controlled motors are junk. You should be able to warranty them they have a 3yr warranty.
out of warranty
