The first comment is correct “iron fallout” comes from your brakes and other brakes on the road. I like McGuire “liquid clay” it’s an acid that changes color when it contacts metal in the paint. It’s also the best wheel cleaner I’ve ever used hands down! You can buy at autozone in a green labeled bottle.
The dots would be iron fallout which sits on the paint. You can get products which you spray onto the car which will react with it and remove it. Cars look better! You could always try to wetsand the spots on the hood of the kia
How has Milwaukee not sponsored u by now? They get all the free advertising they can ask for😂 I live around a lot of trees and I keep covers on all my vehicles it makes a big difference. Get a good one for year round. I bet All the tenants are mad because they're not allowed to wash their cars😂
Better check the light by the front door of the building where you were working on the balcony, that thing was on and off like a strobe light in fast speed. 🤓
Looking closely it's 2 lights at the same time flickering at the same rhythm. Very rare to see to lights go defective the same way at the same time. My guess is the camera is able to see the frequency we can't perceive but the sensor of the camera can if fps is different. Lights don't stay on it's quick bursts.... either that or the building instead of a timer they have a light sensor that's acting weird because it's a shaded entrance with sun hitting it (my solar lights sometimes engage or don't based on sun position and night ambient light) I doubt the second one but it's also possible :)
Hey Ray I need some advice on something’s. I’m new to the apartment maintenance world and I have some issues going on with the new apartments that I work on. The appliances keep tripping afci breakers and it seem to be all bunched up on corner of the building. It’s a 4 stories high and the 4th and 3rd floor rooms in that corner are having the issues what could be going on?
Most appliances that are tripping are on separate circuits. The whole building is new so everything is under warranty so I had the electricians coming in saying it’s the appliances and then the appliance service tech saying it’s an electrical problem and I’m at a loss
Those rust spots are from brake dust from other cars. Get an iron remover spray and it should take it right off.

Idk i would unplug all appliances and turn power on the plug them in one at a time that the fastest way to find what applianc is tripping braker.
