It's beautiful and what a charming change of scenery. Thank you and your wife for lifting us up and just being positive all the time God bless you all. 💪🏽🙏💞🐝⛷
This is one of the reasons I dont own a truck anymore. Just to much stress for to long worried about that truck moving. Got to the point I worried more about that truck rolling then my fam. Thats where a For Sale sign went up in her and I was done with anything that was not company work.
Canada has the second largest landmass on earth and a taxpayer base slightly larger than Switzerland, I think that they perform miracles all things considered.....
My first time on a ferry in my whole life, glad I am traveling with you, I am hiding in the sleeper,, water scares me lol , glad to ride along on a ferry I live in the USA and don't have ferries.
Yikes, what an adventure -- I'm exhausted and still a bit shaken from the ferry ride in a top heavy truck. I feel your angst with the ferry delay... Like you, I would be crazy not having cell service. Best of luck to you, but you'll power through this like you always do. Stay positive and stay safe.
That looks pretty rough out at sea there Josh! Yes definitely bad news stuck there over night. Glad u got groceries and lots of fuel. Hope you catch the 8AM ferry as that wud sure screw up your work week if it didn’t sail.
I feel for you Josh. I'm so glad you have heated mirrors. I guess the 90mph wind gusts possibly posed as a threat. Due to your safety that may be why the ferry is not operating. You are a high profile vehicle right? The ferry is so neat. I couldn't make out the land as quickly as you. Looks like a nice quiet community. Nice homes. Big Church. Kind of a shopping center on the left? I couldn't quite make that out. Loved seeing the dogs again. The brown streak was fastest. Funny. Hopefully you're warm & will rest some tonight. Look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
Hi Josh. Be safe. Seeing you in the ferry reminded me if the song "Around the world with the Rubber Duck". When I was in S. Dakota from Sunday to Wednesday they had 2 inches of snow in Whitewood.
Hello Josh,Ole’ Blue , and family!!! So sorry that you weren’t able to get home, but unfortunately we have absolutely no control over Mother Nature ‘s actions; I’ve heard that there’s always a silver lining underneath that dark cloud. Love ❤️ the breathtakingly beautiful winter scenery Josh. My daddy told me years ago to always expect the unexpected. Hoping you were able to make it home the next day my friend. Looks like an early winter . Hang in there Josh and Ole’Blue and hoping you were able to make it home safely . Take care and love ❤️ you so much , Brit and Baby G !!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹If there was a miss Canada 🇨🇦 pageant similar to the Miss America pageant, you’d win 1st prize and become the most beautiful lady, princess & Queen of Canada Brit as you possess so much natural inner& outer beauty. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🙂🙂🙂🙂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹roses for Queen Brit and Baby G!!
Building a road that far up north one would have to contend with muskeg and the ongoing maintenance. There are a lot of areas in the province without cell service due to cost of putting up cell towers and infrastructure to support the towers.
Hang in there my friend this too shall pass. I just got loaded for the week, been sitting watching the world go by since Monday. Sending prayers to you and the family 🙏🏻
What Josh didn't show, was the loader that came off the ferry, picked up the snow blower off the truck, that was parked next to him at the end of the last video, and got back on the ferry. He is is going into York Landing, not York Factory. 253 km between them, York Factory (old Hudson Bay Company Headquarters) is on Hudson Bay, East and a bit South of Churchill Manitoba. I think. when It got turned into a National Park, or there about, the First Nation, moved away, some came down to Shamatawa (forgive me if the spelling is wrong), the rest to the South East end of Split Lake, to the present site of York Landing. I like all the communities along the way including the Bay Line Railway communities, (not that far away), very good people. I'm amazed they have cell service, in York Landing, But I really shouldn't be, time marches on. Best wishes from the North.
OMG ! Stuck in middle of no where ! Someone should have offered to take you in and put u up for the night.. or take u to the motel . Maybe a hot meal. Thx for the ride along. Josh God bless you and keep you safe out there. I'll say a prayer for u tonight. Bye for now from New Jersey 🇺🇸😊👍👍👍
You should get the new starlink RV service, since its mobile now and can work in motion for when moments like this happens. they can be installed on trucks
In addition to the cost-effectiveness of merely building a road to a community that small and remote, the pavement would need a lot of maintenance due to the seasonal temperature extremes up there.
It's already snowing in Canada? Here in Europe it was 30 degrees celsius in parts of France today, 31 in parts of Spain, in the low twenties in most of Italy and Germany.
The ferry that you're on Josh the boat captain is using a dedicated radar Doppler system on the boat so he gets more or less exactly what like weather Canada would get on their radar system that's why he's got a totally different Outlook in the weather than you have on your phone and that's why his is showing so much more percentage or how much more snow is coming then what you get on your phone anyway happy sailing have a good one.
I'm glad you had everything you needed to survive thats the most important. other than cell service. But like you said "that's trucking" and things happen can't wait to see the conclusion lol I hope to get a load from the states (minnesota) up there some day. Come see sometime lol
I think your going to look back at this experience and tell your grand kids. It just a bump in the road. Those First Nation people have to deal with that lifestyle all the time. I bet they know how you feel.
How does your elog count it while you're on the ferry? Should be "on duty not driving".... but elogs sense when the truck is moving faster than 5mph (depending on the elog) and automatically put you in "driving"......
Good morning Trucker Josh just a quick question do you or are you getting a I think it is called a Jet Pack for your very own Wi Fi signal so you can always communicate no matter where your at
Hi Canadian wow I can see the disappointment in your face money stop rolling right now keeping fingers crossed until the next video . I have to say every time I see snow I’m glad I’m not in the snow anymore Viva California.
Tune in tomorrow to watch Trucker Josh start a second career as an ice fisher!
As I used to say to my sons when things didn't go as planned, "It's all part of the adventure".
"We stopped moving, I think we're lost" Yup, this confirms my fear of open water. You just spiked my anxiety LOL
It's beautiful and what a charming change of scenery. Thank you and your wife for lifting us up and just being positive all the time God bless you all. 💪🏽🙏💞🐝⛷
I'm surprised I didn't see a Timmie's anywhere.

Get that run over with so you can get back home before the weather and roads really get crappy. Safe travels Josh 🤙
You’re welcome. From Colorado lol

York Fork No Dog Vlog!
All that gravel road going back, ol blue will need a bath when you get back.

That sure looks like quite an adventure, very memorable too! Hopefully the delay doesn’t hurt you too much financially.
Hope you get out soon and don't have to wait for the ice road to form...
I hope you make it back safely.
So cool and so different
Reminds me of the classic "Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald." Glad you guys made it!
I know this load messed up your week but look what you got to experience. Pretty cool if you ask me
You the best Josh I love all your video
Hope you make it home safe. Keep that snow up there please. Thanks.
THEY GOT 2 STOP SIGNS, SO ITS NOT THAT REMOTE
What an adventure!
You don’t want to be on a big lake in weather!
Big waves put you aglub!
I LOVE THIS!
I have missed videos like this one while Josh was not ion the road!
Land ho Skipper
Hurry up and wait, that sucks.
Well at least the snow doesn't accumulate on the lake
Definitely not much real estate on that ferry! Too bad the weather sucked. Thatd been a fun trip in the summer!
Sorry you are having to wait. Glad you have the fuel. Also glad you have the heated mirrors now. Have a save trip back.
Hi Josh. amazing journey. Thank you for introduce the real structure of the Canadian countryside. I would be happy if I were over there.
Hi Josh. Be safe. Seeing you in the ferry reminded me if the song "Around the world with the Rubber Duck". When I was in S. Dakota from Sunday to Wednesday they had 2 inches of snow in Whitewood.
Everything happens for good bro....cheer up...never saw you so upset...just chill bro...
I bet you won't be goibg back there soon!

Mabe you should take a longer trip to make up for the loss

I’ve been waiting all day for this! 😍😍😍
Just looks cold

I said York Factory First Nation which is in York Landing. 👍 They were relocated there
@@Trucker_Josh Sorry, all I could hear was York Factory. Oh well.
I work in nwt and and Nunavut and several communities are mostly fly in.. It's a slow process.. Would like to drive instead would be alot. Faster..
They did :) I wanted to stay in the truck
@@Trucker_Josh Thank you for the come back .😊👍👍👍
Wait long enough and you can be first on the winter road
You should get the new starlink RV service, since its mobile now and can work in motion for when moments like this happens. they can be installed on trucks
In addition to the cost-effectiveness of merely building a road to a community that small and remote, the pavement would need a lot of maintenance due to the seasonal temperature extremes up there.
Cool video on ferry crossing
It's already snowing in Canada? Here in Europe it was 30 degrees celsius in parts of France today, 31 in parts of Spain, in the low twenties in most of Italy and Germany.
Anyone else notice the Loader was driven off the ferry then reloaded with Josh?
Intentional counter weight sent over to compensate for Josh’s truck.
It picked up a snowblower for their airport and brought it back.
You should get some detention time from Keystone if not shame on them

Great video Josh
Did you have to bring your own paddle?
Josh, why weren't you able to continue on Provincial highway 280 into the town? Looks like about another 16 miles, looking at it from Google Earth.
127mm = 5 in.
NGL this feels like an ice road truckers adventure but... I feel bad for you man!!
I think your going to look back at this experience and tell your grand kids. It just a bump in the road. Those First Nation people have to deal with that lifestyle all the time. I bet they know how you feel.
the company should give you some reimbursement.
They took care of me.
How does your elog count it while you're on the ferry? Should be "on duty not driving".... but elogs sense when the truck is moving faster than 5mph (depending on the elog) and automatically put you in "driving"......
❤ I love your channel. Hope it works out for you.
You have to change your vlognumber of this episode. The last one was #2652 and this one is #2653.
hey josh if you said you've been everywhere five times does that mean you've been in cape Breton five times since I'm a cape bretoner
Why do you remind me of the cop from the movie “Bridesmaids”?
You're sure looking in the opening, that you NEED A TIMMIES with shot of EXPRESSO and package of TimBits ☕🍩🍩🍩
Fuel prices for them is cheaper up their
Good morning Trucker Josh just a quick question do you or are you getting a I think it is called a Jet Pack for your very own Wi Fi signal so you can always communicate no matter where your at
I thought you said this was adventure
Why would the ferry leave early, down't make sense
As the saying hope springs eternal... disappointment follows soon after.
Bummer!
was it a short ferry ride ????
No Timmys. No Donalds. Pack your lunch.
I hope you you would receive detention pay for being stuck due to the weather. Thanks for taking us along with you.
I did
Hey Josh. How much do Lowe’s like that pay going out for north??
So If you were asked to deliver there again would you be able to say no?
need a satelite phone
Do they furnish lifejackets
Hi
Hi Canadian wow I can see the disappointment in your face money stop rolling right now keeping fingers crossed until the next video . I have to say every time I see snow I’m glad I’m not in the snow anymore Viva California.
Will your company compensate you in any way? Kinda like detention pay?
