When you where sitting and waiting for ol'blue's engine to stop and the beeps to Come on, it did really show that you looks smaller now 😊 how much weight have you lost now? I did exactly as you back in 2020. I lost 30kg in 8 month just by eating smaller portions during the weeks, and I eat what ever I wanted on the weekends. Great job Josh, keep it up 🙏👍
