    Strawberry Salad Dressing (10 servings, 4 T per serving)
    1/2c avocado oil
    1/4 c olive oil
    1/4 c strawberries
    1 T garlic
    1 t ground mustard
    1 t ginger
    1/4 c ACV (apple cider vinegar)
    3 T sweetener (we use monk Fruit) amzn.to/3e6cVe7
    1 T yogurt
    1 T Mayo
    MACROS:
    153 cal, 1g net carb, 0 protein, 17g fat
    Crunchy Chicken Salad (5, 1c servings)
    2 baked chicken breast, or 3 c rotisserie chicken)
    4 oz cream cheese
    1/4 c mayo
    1/3 c of your home made strawberry salad dressing
    salt/pepper
    1/4 c onion, chopped
    2 T sun-dried tomatoes in oil
    1/2 chopped parsley
    1/4 c almonds
    1 boiled egg, chopped
    1/2 c radishes, chopped
    MACROS:
    378 cal, 5 g net carbs, 33 protein, 23g fat
    Strawberry Power Smoothie (recipe is 1 serving)
    1/2 c almond milk
    1 T chia seeds
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    2 strawberries
    1/2 t vanilla
