Nando's Knockoff Grilled Lemon Chicken

Not the biggest fan of Nando's chicken - it would not be on my list for the last request...but, the ambition is there, the flavour is optimistic, and my daughter likes it, so my version of their Lemon Chicken is stitched together with some ideas from fellow UA-camrs and my own BB cooking experience. And you know what? It turned out excellent - make this chicken. It's delicious!
