A Mini has been my dream car since I was a child.
My dad used to take part in the Lakeland rallies and ever since then I have been obsessed with them.
Hopefully one day I get to own one!
This is my dream Mini. Absolutely perfect down to every detail!
This was wonderful! Now time to watch the original "Italian Job" movie! Nutz!
There is something so pure about the early Mini's, a bit like the early E types before they got bloated.
I miss my 1972 1000
Idol Nick Swift!! Best regards from Spain!
A lovely little green mini!
I love the mark 1 Mini, and had a 1965 model but had to sell it as a resto project. The old 850cc engine is perfect for city driving. Same colour as yours.
The Mini is a car you just have to love.
Great work Chaps. Looks amazing
Back in1965 I bought a 1963 997 Morris mini cooper. Wish I still had it but a 1965 MK1 lotus Cortina more than fills the void. Rog. Pacific sunset records.
Stunning Mini, but vertical video??????????????????
The greatest car of all time by far
"Got all the basics covered wet or dry."
* snows *
Snow - wet
Really? Vertical video?!
Oscar Lee shot on a phone
Looks great especially the stock looking interior. I still don’t know how to build a racing mini but could screw all the bits together and get someone else to paint it. Show us the engine build please with parts list?
Beautiful car my dream to create one like it well done lads
Looks amazing! Impressive work on it.
I would paint mine with the same color but I do not retrieve the green color? Could you please share the paint code for the green?
Is the roof Old English White?
Thanks

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I want to be Nick Swift when I grow up. :D
Weren't expecting snow was yer' swifty. Hahahaha
I would have liked to see them fit the front sub frame. Just for reference like..
Great Mini! Could i ask where the gas tank is from? I am currently rebuilding my Mini and would appreciate a bigger tank aswell😇
OK honestly, I don't mind the vertical video, but I do mind that no specs were given about suspension, exhaust, engine parts and tune. No IMPORTANT stuff. Unless you want to keep it a secret, but then, please say so. All in all ; my hat off to those little cars. I'm 1.92m tall, and just loved racing my father-in-laws mini (1275cc with a 1100cc's gearbox) against the MK1 Golf GTI's!! Total blast!! 😂
I am guessing this is a instagram compilation, but nice work.
It's no "Project Binky" but nice build guys.
What engine are you using? Would like to put something like this in mine. Good job!
When i saw The Racing Mini cars, i remembered that my Austin Mini Clubman 1000 cc fourty years ago.. hehehe.. actually my dream is to got Morris Mini 1275 GT.. but i never found it..
Sweet 👍👍👍
3:05 - nice crack in the new windscreen there- oops...
What colour is it (paint code?) is this a BMC colour
What pedal box is that?
@Declan Edgecombe lmao true i dont know why i asked.
I put electrical tape over our zafira headlights and it's still shit. What did I do wrong? Do I need green paint and more lights?
3:49 anyone know where I can get one of those rear fog lights? thnx
Love that colour, is it oxford green? Oh willow green....! Can you provide some info on the donk? Is it an up-specked 1275 or is it something completely different? Arte those engines still available or are they manufactured from new modern made components rather than OEM? Thanks for sharing. Have been watching some Goodwood races lately, very entertaining.
That thing shifts.
Luv the hat. ECKY-THUMP!
Bravó (!), *chlapci* a..., potlesk i pozdrav aj odo mňa pred obrazovkou nášho počítača v našom meste *Spišská Nová Ves-SLOVAKIA* !!! (y)
not much of a "how to".
Jesus guys aspect ratio....drive me insane....
Jesus, learn to LANDSCAPE
however, looks fantastic, good job guys
Some information on the motor & transmission would have been good, who cares about overriders or door trim.
A lot of yakking but hardly anything about 'how to build a racing mini'
A pretty poor video.
Still a beauty
please hire me as an apprentice. legends
Sort of ok video, but take a look at the Binky Boys' videos - they shoot in landscape! ^_^
But I did "like" this too - just about the first key hole video I've ever "liked"!
What is it with cell phone videos always Portrait/Vertical. Turn the phone sideways.
Damn skinny videos suck. Goodwood Badvid
Why green??
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Get a new director the video feed set up is crap. Shame guys it let you down Proper screen width next time.
build me one, how much?
Turn your phone sideways next time you shoot a video. Our eyes are not stacked one on top of another so it would be a lot more enjoyable to watch this video in a format like you see on aTV or computer monitor.
Little rocket!
I suppose build a race Car is expensive, so theres no money for buying a good vídeo camera to récord a intersring topic as these. Recordad From celular is ok, but vertical vídeo? Great Mistake
How not to film a UA-cam video 101
FFS, turn the phone
Vertical? Really? Keep making videos, but have someone else record it.
Engine details? Gearbox / transmission? Suspension? That was 6 mins of my life wasted.
Don’t think much to the wheels 😂
