My neck is a mess from a train wreck. Really! Physical therapists are the ONLY ones who helped me get rid of the pain and muscle spasms! You guys rock!!
My woman friend got migraines recently and a doctor gave her some nsaid injection. I thought she might have a b12 deficiency because she takes a pepcid everyday. She hasn't mentioned any migraine so maybe it helped.
I had migraines that were caused by sleeping on my stomach with my head turned to one side. Once I stopped that, it took about a month, but the migraines went away.
The exercise with the towel works like a miracle for my neck. You two are awesome. I am always speeding the word of Bob and Brad here among my friends in Brazil.
Ha! After running the snowblower a couple days ago, I ended up with a VERY stiff neck and slight headache. I went back and looked up your older series on neck pain and had REALLY good luck with pain relief! Now adding some additional exercises you’ve noted in this video so I’ll be in good shape for the rest of the winter! Thanks guys - and must add…your timing is spot on!
My neck was hurting and I noticed you had a new video out. Great! #1 Chin tucks always makes my tinnitus louder when I'm doing them. But I did. The second one was too much pressure on my teeth so I tried not to be too agressive. They both helped a lot. Thanks, guys. Best wishes for a happy, healthy, fun, and prosperous new year
Idk how severe you've got it, but have you ever tried rhythmic tapping (fingertips) behind your ears (a little low, on the back of your skull)? I'd heard this tip for tinnitus & use it when I get ringing. It works for me :)
I woke up, I extended my arm and it felt like something in my neck snapped, I tried a couple of exercises from this video and its already starting to help!
Thank you so much for sharing your expertise! I am a mom with a very rambunctious 14 month old and woke up with such a sore neck I could barely move my head; even laying down to sleep was painful. I've been doing these stretches the past 2 days and feel almost back to normal. Thank you!!!
Pushing against the head forward, rearward and sideways to strengthen the neck per a doctor. I have a band attached to dual 70lb resistance bands attached to a wall anchor which I use for neck strengthening and neck is strong like bull.
hi docs, thanks for the vid. i have military neck and a c1 subluxation, as well as c2 malrotation. although i don’t get a lot of neck pain, i have other symptoms like tmj, dizziness, tinnitus, fatigue etc … but one of my weirdest symptoms is this weird “restless” feeling that runs throughout my body. i feel like it’s triggered when i’m in certain static positions / don’t have neck support and is relieved by laying down. it feels like a nerve issue but i’m not sure. i was wondering if you’re familiar with this symptom and have any suggestions for this? i would appreciate any insight. thank you 🥹

The 1st exercise made me dizzy. Is that cause for concern?
