    Hi Mr.T!
    Thank you for all your videos. Thet are really very well done and very instructive. I'm a happy owner of an Interceptor on which I have knocked down already over 15K km riding in Argentina, and I find all your videos very helpfull. Keep yor camera rolling!! 👏👏👏 And yes, those footpegs are a real pain ... there!!!😂

    Very good video surprising the Interceptor is more comfortable than the Meteor I would never have guessed that. Comfort wise how does the 350 classic or the 350 Bullet compare to the big boys? Love your video's.

      The Interceptor rear shocks have more travel length and are also gas filled. So much better. The 350 range comfort is very similar between them all on the J series, but I did find the Classic 350 the most comfortable 🙏

    Fabulous idea to mod the Interceptor (good luck running that one past Mrs T) Actually suprised that the USD front forks don't stack up against the trad ones of the INT.Really believe that the Interceptor was the eureka moment for R E and all the best owner customisations are of this model.

    • @Teacher-T-Thailand

      Yes, I have to sell my old Honda before getting any other bikes. Undecided on that one. Mrs T actually wants a small bike, to join me on rides. Looking for a low seat lightweight bike. The Interceptor front forks were a little spongy, but one comment suggested changing the fork oil to a different grade, which will stiffen them up (who knew!). The Interceptor has put RE on the map twice in history. It’s a great value bike. Just those darned foot pegs 😂🙏

    Another great video Teacher T, thank you. Have you noticed any negatives when you fitted the 2cm shorter rear shocks to your SM ? Like yourself my inside leg is 30” so making the bike a tad lower may make all of the difference. I’m just concerned that by fitting the shorter shocks may affect the ride. I would just like to hear your views please. I’m going to fit the Hagon ones like yourself. Keep these videos coming please. 🙏

    • @Teacher-T-Thailand
      @Teacher-T-Thailand  Місяць тому

      Many thanks. No adverse effects, fitting the lower shocks on handling. No difference noticed, apart from a much better comfort. The only down side is that it makes it difficult to get onto the centre stand with shorter shocks. Hence I made a wooden wedge to roll the back wheel onto when I want to use the centre stand. So all is good 🙏

    You get used to the pegs on the interceptor.
    Some problems of the model are:
    - rear pegs are very high, and they are uncomfortable for the pillion. There are aftermarket parts to solve this.
    - 13l tank could be a little bigger, as it can pump only 11,5l. You have to plan the trip to refuel every 150-170km.
    - the front forks come with 2,5w oil, which is too thin. It gets better with a 7,5w, or 10w.
