Ps vita is the only real Portable game console😂.
It's small enough to carry in ur pocket!
Exactly ...I finally got a Switch Lite and totally agree . There is no comparison the Vita is an actual handheld a true portable.
It's more comfortable to hold and my 1000 has a better screen .
I've been saying that for a while that they keep getting bigger and bigger on so called handhelds and they are no longer truely portable anymore. I love my Vita and it's not much bigger than a phone, but I still think the GBA SP was great the way it folded down and would fit into a shirt pocket.
Hey! How do you unlock the 2 extra characters in Konosuba: Attack of the destroyer?
@@beatnicksodyssey true and after seeing how bulky is the Steam Deck then Nintendo next handheld is going to share the design since upcoming games are getting more sophisticated.
I carry it on my lunch box and play it on my break and luckily I can resume playing my PS4 games since the Psvita remote play works for me.
I'm kinda late to Vita but I appreciate you staying true to this handheld. It's crappy that Sony may not come back to this market. Im addicted to the small cases and will miss the quality they put into the hardware.
Hey it's because of awesome people like you that make this worth doing :)
P3 dancing has ruined my life. It’s one of those “just one more go” games and the soundtrack slaps.
Same but mine is P4 dancing all night.
The soundtracks are so catchy!
Great list!
The games I keep coming back to:
Dragon's Crown
Puyopuyo Tetris
Smart As
Hotshots Golf
Freedom Wars
Toukiden
The Vita has such a great library
Solid picks here, epic!
I keep coming back to Soul Sacrifice Delta and the playerbase was quite high last night
I'm still mad at myself for not taking advantage of the online games for the Vita when its popularity was at its peak. That said, Soul Sacrifice Delta was a pretty sweet game even single player.
Wow really? That is great to hear!!!
I've found myself going back to Resistance: Burning Skies after some time.
Good game man!
I fell in love with Halloween forever immediately when I played it. It feels like a spiritual successor to Monster Party.
I couldn't agree more! Honestly it's one of my favorite pixel shooters on the PS Vita even to this day. 🤩
Trails in the Sky 1-3 and Trails of Cold Steel 1-2 are games I’ve sunk 400+ hours into and I just can’t stop
Whoa, much respect my dude!
Without a Doubt, "Papers, Please" has me constantly playing this
Yes a very unique game
Every Christmas season I like to replay The Unfinished Swan on my Vita.
I love this tradition! :)
Two games I always go back to are Uncharted Fight For Fortune - it's easy to pick up and play a few rounds, and also Crypt of the Necrodancer - even though I'm pretty terrible at it.
I don't know why Uncharted Fight For Fortune was removed from the store.
Sold man solid!
Wow! Sky Force Anniversary here I come!! Never knew that game existed!
Yeah man, so long a you don't mind grinding its uber fun!
“Borderline addiction, but hey, better than drugs.” Buhahahaha!!! 😂
Hahaha, that was my scientific conclusion.
Thank you for making this forgotten and neglected child of SONY handheld alive and kicking
More than my pleasure :)
Vita favorites I go back to- Taiko No Tatsujin V version, Idolmasters Red and Blue, IA/VT Colorful, Dead or Alive 5 Plus, and DJ Max Technica Tune. I love my rhythm games!
Thank you for participating in this! :)
Literally just downloaded ultra despair girls. The one I keep going back to is super meat boy to try and advance... And fail, lol. Great video man 👌
You got this! I believe in you bro!
Dragon's Crown... You need 3 more talismans to defeat the ancient dragon... how I curse this very addictive game. 😬😬😬😬
Aha I'm currently playing Dragon's Crown as well! Excellent game, so well designed. I think I have 4 talismans so far.
Couldn't put it down either!
Great find with Konosuba: Attack of the Destroyer! Never heard of that game before, and I loved it. (As for the rest of your list, I totally agree with it.)
Nice, glad you enjoyed :)
Good reviews! I like concise descriptions of what to expect from a game. I just played Everybody’s Golf VR so thinking of picking up Hot Shots Golf. I didn’t know they were connected.
I have a feeling we don’t have the same tastes in games, so I think I’d enjoy the opposite kind of list, too. “Games I Never Want to Play Again!” or something. If you describe them as well as you did these, I might see something I like!
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
Either Minecraft or Dragon quest builders. Just going back and forth for stuck to build.
Also I hope DQ builders 2 may arrive in homebrews.
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
Thanks for the video. The games I go back to are gundam breakers 3 and persona 4 golden.
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
I go back to older Vita games I started years ago all the time, play them for a few weeks, then move on to another. But there are definitely a few games I play several times every year -- 5 most common are Gravity Rush, IA/VT Colorful, Knightin'+, and two fun racing games: the underrated Vita version of Ridge Racer, and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.
Yes Sonic All Stars is awesome!!!
Crimsonland is just one of those games I will never delete from my Vita.
It has the nostalgia factor for me. I remember playing it on my parents' pc with my brother. That's a long ass time ago!
And Crimsonland is very suited for a handheld. You can just play a game or two for 15 minutes. I tend to take my Vita to work and play Crimsonland for a bit during lunchbreak.
Thank you for participating in this! :)
hell yeah ultra despair girls, I love everything about it. the music, the artstyle. the characters (komaru, kurokuma and the servant are my favs), and its short length was pretty refreshing after playing the main danganronpa games. It has pretty high production value for a spin off game too, I was impressed the the number of cutscenes and the quality of them.
Glad to meet a fellow fan :)
I needed a video like this for a while. Thanks!
Hope you enjoyed my dude :)
Muramasa Rebirth is my "come back to" game on the Vita. Also the Hatsune Miku Project Diva F games. I probably have 250 hours combined between the two.
Hot Shots Golf WI was my second game on the Vita (first was Uncharted Golden Abyss).
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
I am fan of Infinite Dreams games since Symbian era!Glad you like Sky Force like me🤗and it looks extremely good on Oled Vita display 😍😍😍
It really does, beautifully!
Hotshots Golf is definitely the game I played most from this list. I managed to get the Platinum for it. I ended up moving on to playing other games in the series once I got the platinum. Working on the platinum for PS4 Everybody's Golf now, but after that I might go back to the first one on PS1.
I also played a bit of Skyforce Anniversary.
Bro Hot Shots is sooooo addicting!
Great video man!!!
For Me:
1: Uncharted (beating it so many times) lol.
2: Lego Marvel
3: Little Big Planet
4: Assassins Creed Liberations.
All great picks here edge, you know your Vita games! :)
I keep playing Hue, can’t get enough of it ! Might try your Golf Game, the PS3 one was nice :)
I still need to play that!
Astro Aqua Kitty also my favorite shooter game, highly addictive
Thank you for participating in this! :)
Danganronpa: Ultra Despair Girls was my introduction to the series. It was a cross between old school Resident Evil and visual novel. I honestly don't think it gets enough recognition. As for the other games, I can't say I've played before but the airplane game looks fun too. Do you think you can start doing in-depth reviews later on?
Yes I definitely plan to in the future :)
A big Vita game I always come back to is Persona 4 Golden. I could play that game endlessly and never get tired of it xD
And man, that Konosuba shmup looks awesome, I wish it weren't so difficult to obtain ;~;
I know, would have made a perfect physical release too.
I keep going back to Ys Memories of Celceta and Ys VIII Lacrimosa of Dana. My best action adventure games on the ps vita
Thank you for participating in this! :)
Yo! Halloween Forever is a gem 💎 that trailer theme song had me sold the first time I saw it
The game I keep coming back to is Ys Origin, I really enjoy the combat and minor frustration :3
Glad to meet a fellow fan :)
Games i keep goin back to, huh oddly enough despite all the hate, I'm a huge Borderlands 2 fan.Looove cross saving back and forth from my ps3. Super cool to bring it off the big screen with me on road trips, otw to work, to bed, or on the John. Others are Wipeout 2048, Crash Team Racing on PS1 and trying to beat Majors Mask at the moment. Knock-Knock is tricky and addicting!
Thank you for participating in this! :)
Hey PSVitaat2am today
It's my birthday send a congratulation to this humble subscriber, Greetings :)
Happy belated birthday man! Sorry for the late reply but UA-cam only showed me your comment now. :-(
Thank you for the tip. Im now trying Sky Force, and no wonder its addicting. You go to a stage, you die, you get stronger and try again with better chance to win. Its a rogue-like game isnt it? Just without randomly generated stages. I had been looking for a game like this... I played original Sky Force on NES, but this one finally has some identity and it really did surprised me how good it actualy is.
Sweet, glad to hear you are enjoying it. :)
I always watch your videos at exactly 2 PM, and it's not on purpose! 😂😂
Hahahaha, I appreciate you Bur. :)
I'm still to new to have any Vita games to keep going back to, but there are a few PSP and PS1 classics I'm going back to since I can play them on the Vita now.
And on the go too!
I keep returning to Capcom Classics Collection: Remixed and Capcom Classics Collection: Reloaded on my Vita. Those two collections has plenty of shoot em ups and side-scrolling beat em ups.
Thank you for participating in this! :)
For me Lumines, Monsters Probably Stole my Princess, and Thy Sword, Runner 2, and Super Time Force Ultra.
Thank you for participating in this! :)
Thanks for more psvita content 👍
More to come man :)
Guacamelee and Shovel knight (all 4), I love those 2
I absolutely love your choices :-)
I have two games that I always go back to: Montezuma Blitz 4 and Rogue Aces.
Fun and entertaining.
Thank you for participating in this! :)
Damn you, your thumbnail got me
Hahahaha, try Konosuba?
I know its not a Vita game, but I always keep coming back to Mega Man Maverick Hunter X, looks sweet on the Vita screen, and for a Vita game I would say Freedom Wars 💪🏻
Ooooh a true classic!
All games look good but my favorite is AirForce. It’s very challenging but lot of fun. Thank you Big J.!
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
@@PSVitaat2am ✌️😁
Persona 4 Golden. I finished it like 5 times now and I even moved my save files to my laptop to keep on playing (i need to make space for new games)
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
me, im stuck on dragon quest builders. Surprisingly addictive.
My guy! I love that game, solid pick dude
@@DuoBeard @Duo Beard Definitely becoming one of my top picks on the system.
Yup couldn't agree more!
Killzone mercenaries is a game I've been playing for the second time around and there have been a lot of people playing online multiplayer it's been fun the last few days. I'm also having fun playing resistance it's a really good game. Too Short though
Glad to hear there are people online playing PM lately! I haven't played in a couple of years, and heard at some point that the online was pretty dead, so it's nice to hear that the fanbase is still present and meeting up online.
Yup its a good feeling :)
Not a PSvita Game but I only have 3 games i got addicted i cant put down the game at all.
-Final Fantasy IX
-Digimon World
-Persona 3 Portable
Had my fun of FFIX and Digimon World till my PSone memory card broke. My P3P save gone for good after my PSP starts acting up till it wont power anymore thus restarting a new game save on my PSvita.
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
I physically purchased all of the Vita Danganronpa games and I need to play them.. I got halloween forever from playasia as well.. it looks fun. I honestly should play all these games on this list.. I used to have the golf game physically but sold it on craigs list.. maybe i should of kept it.
Not sure how much it goes for now.
Now I want to play Ultra Despair Girls again, and it's a your fault. 😂
Hahahaha! I am hanging my head in shame now.
Freedom Wars is a game I always come back to, it's the best game on the Vita imo
Now there is a classic!
Ah, you reminded me how much I enjoy shmups.
They are an awesome genre indeed! 😁
The games I go back to will always be the God Eater series (Burst (I use the PSP Emulator. I still play Burst because the AI is very competent unlike the Resurrection Remaster), Resurrection and 2 Rage Burst).
The others are the Persona dancing games, and VA-11 HALL-A.
Only recently I managed to buy the physical copy of Freedom Wars and Soul Sacrifice Delta.
PSVita is the perfect console for games I tag with high replayability ;)
Thank you for participating in this! :)
The binding of isaac rebirth, one of my favourite ps vita game( i know that is not an exclusive title)
Yeah its still fun none the less :)
My Vita is mainly made up with The Ys series, Persona games, Final Fantasy 1 to X and the wonderful Trails JRPGs. Throw in a bit of Vanillaware and it’s a hard handheld to put down.
And those are just the top tier to start with, there's so much more!
I definitely approve!
Atelier games are good personally I think the plus counterparts are better than the recently released dx games on the switch/ps4/pc. Also like all the main line Corpse Party games(still no Switch port for that one or any port for that matter) , Dungeon Travelers 2 (just to name one of the many dungeon crawlers!) Disgea games 1-4 and can't forget God Eater or Sword Art Online either. It's still a Jrpg power house! Alot of the games that are just now coming to switch...like Danganronpa have been on the Vita forever! It was truly ahead of its time. Soo glad alot of ppl are picking up a Vita again. The Switch is great but it's good to go back to the good old Vita and keep it alive and kickin!
Yes I love that series, wish we would have gotten more English versions of it in physical format but we got a lot digitally so I'm happy.
Just a heads up the dangaronpa games are no longer available digitally
Yeah I know :(
Sky Force Anniversary is a LOT of fun!
Very addicting!
I trade in old games for games I have not played. I can still hear the music online. Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk was a fantastic game with great music.
I still need to play that game, I remember when they released all three visual novels from the same company at the same time and you would get a collector's item if you purchased all three online. Can't remember what it was though.
@@PSVitaat2am I could have sent it to you but I have traded it in last year.
@@PSVitaat2am Do you want game donations?
Mostly fighting games for me. Blaze Blue Chronophantasma ❤️ got it free from PSPlus
Nice, you can never have too many fighting games!
Always make triple save data on vita. Also monthly updated my back up on pc. So even if vita memory card corrupted or i being dumb. I have at least a saviour.
A very good idea!
Hot shots golf 🔥🔥
YUSS!!!!
i keep going back to darkest dungeon and xenon valkyrie
I like your style Ant!
Darkest Dungeon, Darius Burst, Dragon Quest Heroes 2, Trails of Cold steel, Vanillaware games and indies! :
Binding of Isaac Rebirth
Salt&Sanxtuary
Cosmic Start Heroine
Rogue Legacy
Xeno Crisis
Unepic & Unmetal
Shantae half genie hero 1/2
Slain
Valley King
And too many
Thanks for sharing!
Weirdly in my case as a fan i always come back on the metal gear solid games ( right now trying to get all the kerotans ) and always in for few songs on Deemos ( even if i regret vita dont have all songs ).
Have you played Unmetal?
@@PSVitaat2am Not yet, but I want
i get burnt out on games if i play too much and then i forget how to play when i open up the game again and see im in front of the final boss.
Hahahaha, happens to all of us man.
I hate to say it but mine is Borderlands 2. It's the furthest thing from a perfect port but it is playable. The others would be Gravity Rush, Dragon's Crown, Killzone Mercenary, and UMVC3.
Hey nothing wrong with that :)
One of my addictive games I keep going back to is Neon Chrome.
I keep going back to build up money in the game to strengthen my stats up.
I see what you did there :P
Honestly I just keep going back to final fantasy nine on my vita and for a ps vita title. Mega man maverick hunter x. Also Sly Cooper for the vita.
Thank you for participating in this! :)
I keep coming back to monster hunter and why they didn't put the one made for vita and never released outside of Japan or Asia in general
Just can't go wrong with that!
2:02 yeah, I think this is a good reason to play danganronpa
Right? :)
i have a real confession to make and i wonder if any of you do this too? The Vita is such a profound experience for me that seeing the console and merely looking at my games all on it gives me a greater satisfaction of playing them or any game for any console for that matter. legit it beings a true smile and keeps me going. it makes me feel a feeling of joy when i was a teen and it cant be replicated on other things i have. Vita for life man, it makes my life full
Yup you summed up my feelings on it too trick. :)
@@PSVitaat2am 😤😩👌👌✌️😅 right there brother!
I still love my vita, but I haven't played it in months 😭
Ray...it is time!!!!
I keep going back to
WipeOut 2048
Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed
Killzone Mercenary
Toukiden Kiwami
Freedom Wars
Dragon's Crown
Thank you for participating in this! :)
I had ultra dispear girls for awhile guess I'll start it
Have you played the first Danganronpa Raiko?
No Pixel Junk Monsters? Otherwise, great list. Oh, and Hot Shots Golf doesn't play like every other golf game. It's one of the best ever made.
I will have to make a part 2 to this :)
For me it's Spelunky, OlliOlli, TxK, Luftrausers, Hotline Miami.
Thank you for participating in this! :)
3rd. Loved all your videos!
Nice!
I keep going to Gravity Rush
I can understand why :)
Soul Sacrifice Delta is very addicting. God Eater 2 too.
Couldn't agree more!
Got anymore of them vita games?
Yes, definitely plan to make more of this topic in the future.
Persona 4 golden, gravity rush, little big planet
Good choices here Happy!
As long Ratalaika dev making cross gen games for psvita I'll be keep on playing
Which would you recommend ?
@@dantess2693 normally Ratalika games are for trophy stacking
@@claymore84 I've gotten few by them that I've enjoyed, which were your favourites ?
Yup, My Name is Mayo too!
PS VITA!!!!! I love it
YUSSS!!!
I just have a list of shame.
The games I should get back to.
Haven't played Vita in awhile. Probably time to top off the batteries again.
Yes we need you back Rpm!
Me : 1- senran kagura SV
2-senran kagura SV
3-sergeant kagura SV
4-killzone
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
@@PSVitaat2am Its a good game
All games rated by candy corn shooting 🤣
GASP!!!
I keep playing Sega Genesis collection on my Vita. Help me....🤣🤣🤣
Hahahahaha, we need therapy James!
@@PSVitaat2am 🤪🤪🤪
Love me some vita 🥳🥳
It's a great feeling!
How much has the ps5 brought disappointment?
Well, to me the PS5 hasn't really brought *anything* yet! About four or five games I'll want to play one day (especially Ratchet) -- and I'll buy a PS5 when FF XVI comes out. I don't like the directions SIE corporate is heading, but PS5 may still bring out a selection of great games. PS4 was awesome.
I am still waiting for a reason to buy one, not that I could even if I wanted to. xD
Rayman legends
Akibas trip
Rayman origins
Dengeki Bunko
Killzone Mercenary
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom
Teslagrad
Sly Cooper
Tearaway
Phineas and Ferb
Sumioni
Xonic
Wipeout 2048
Thank you for participating in this! :)
ps vita addiction better than drugs - no doubt about it
Hahahaha, so true!
hotline Miami and digimon
Hotline Miami is so addictive!
Love it!!!
Addictive games nep nep nep nep an the secret M senran kagura wink 😉 lol 😂
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
cool
Brotha!!!
Ok I've now had time to play Y'S VIII on the Switch enough to really express my opinion.
The Switch version is a PORT of a PORT. Using the PS4 platform on the Switch was a bad idea . They should have used the Vita design and layout esp the touch screen.
First I will say localization is bad on the Vita , the subtitles can get pretty screwed up.
That said I don't really care cause the game play is awesome not a big deal for me personally.
Those knocking the Vita version IMHO are total graphics snobs to the point of blindness. The Vita version might not have little leaves blowing in the wind and some small particle effects but color pallet and button response is WAY BETTER. The Switch version is washed out and bland looking also its all over the place on atmosphere .
Every load section changes color from bright rich vegetation and then five minutes later it's bland and lacking richness. I feel like the screen is going out when playing this game on the Switch.
The touch screen functions on the Vita make the game more accessible esp during stressful battles . You can tell that this game was MADE FOR THE VITA yet it is supposedly the worse one ????
The map function!!!! OH MAN ITS BAD...It never gave me problems on the Vita but , the Switch version is a freaking nightmare.
The biased reviews are a shame ..Those who hate on the Vita version most likely have never put real time into playing Ys viii in portable mode.
Just my opinion .
I played the vita version to the max!!! Glad I didn't get it on the switch but replayed on Ps4 I instead ❤
I got the Switch to see how the port looked and after playing 5 hours I decided to sell it since the PSVITA version was good enough for me.
I kept the poster map and trading cards that were included before selling it and put them inside the PSvita case of YS VIII.
I played Ys IX on the Psvita using remote play while relaxing on my break at work.
Thank goodness that feature somehow works away from home.
@Jace The Man Why ya gotta be a douche ..Jace the Boy .
Great to hear your thoughts on this! :)
