That means eat less calories or eat healthier, stop all the junk food and food that are bad for you. You can do this, diet + exercise + consistency is key.

You can do it, you may not see the results immediately, but trust me you are burning fat and the process is different for everyone. Don't push yourself too hard, do it naturally to avoid any injuries or problems.

i started using bully juices workout video in late may when i was 201 lbs. Im 5'6 so thats pretty bad for me. i did 30 minutes of your videos 5-6 days a week and i can just now say today i am 167 lbs! I just finished my 30 minutes for today and ive noticed considered increases in my whole bodys strength and endurance. NO BS it works, i going to keep going until i have that 6 pac. HOLY COW - 32 yo male have not exercised since high school. I thought i was in shape until my sister came over and she convinced me to start after she smoked me in pushups. this is embarrassing but i couldn't do 5 good pushups in a row. My cardio is horrible too my sister and her BF went on a run and i couldn't make it past 100 - 150 meters id say. been doing body weight stuff like 15 minutes a day. came across this today and it absolutely smoked me, but it was simple, challenging and fun. I am downloading this on my phone asap. THANK YOU for the video, it helped me a ton.
(Calves Especially Could barley walk . . . It Strangely felt a tiny bit good and would make me giggle to myself when I felt it good. found this weird LOL) I was super sore the next day, worse the 2nd day, 3rd day a little better, 4th day a bit sore still but going to do this one again but lower intensity. Just did the workout again Lower Intensity and replaced a couple calf focused movements with an abdominal exercise. I added cool-down stretches afterwords 5-8 min approx. Muscle soreness feels better after workout, well see if there is an improvement in the next few days. (Still VERY out of shape, Dying halfway through . . . I hope I improve . . . .

@@infamous9798 It's different for every person. You should check out how much calories you need a day to lose a weight and just eat less calories. It doesn't matter how much you eat per day, what matters is how much calories is adding up in the end of the day.

I absolutely loved this workout! One thing to consider, during rest time, instead of leaving “rest” up for 12 seconds, give us a little more notice as to what exercise is coming next. Having three seconds to prepare was difficult. Loved the full body workout though! Definitely pushed me to new heights.

I am getting slimmer but the scale stays the same. I hope it is muscle I'm gaining. I figured if I gained muscle my weight loss journey would be a lot easier. I guess I should put the scale away because the mirror is being good to me. I love his videos. I don't like a bunch of motivational speak while working out. A thumbs up is all I need.
I've never really needed a workout plan since I'd been playing football (soccer) and training 4 times a week. But I recently moved countries, and although I maintained some level of exercise, I had began losing fitness and gaining weight. It was then compounded by me getting covid and then not being able to do anything for three weeks. By the time I'd recovered my fitness was destroyed and I'd gained weight. This video has helped me motivate myself to getting back to full fitness. Thanks bro.

On my 2nd runthrough of the 30 day workout plan. I remember this video being a pain to complete. Also remember not being able to fully do all mountain climbers last month. It feels nice now, 30 days later, being able to do this with relative ease. Feels really amazing. I recommend doing the 30 day challenge again after you're done to see the difference! :)

great stuff. good pacing. i had done a really intense 30 minutes already, then had a 30 or 40 minute break, and wanted something not to hectic. the pacing of this was perfect, and not too much throwing yourself around. another winner.

Doing this workout along with fasting and proper dieting, I lost 15LB in 3 months. Thanks BullyJuice and I'm continuing it, I actually incorporated other methods like resistance bands and cycling for cardio. But consistency is key..

I am going to start doing workouts from now on (I weigh 93kg) hopefully by the end of the month I become 86kg. Btw for anybody starting remember that losing fat 80% comes from your and 20% comes from exercise. I used to way 98kg but I started a diet which lost me 5kg hopefully with this workout 5 times a week or even everyday I lose even more weight
2weeks in and I’m down 8lbs :) can’t wait to see b4 and after at end of the month and I can already tell a big diff in my stamina from when I started till now :)

great stuff. good pacing. i had done a really intense 30 minutes already, then had a 30 or 40 minute break, and wanted something not to hectic. the pacing of this was perfect, and not too much throwing yourself around. another winner.

Doing this workout along with fasting and proper dieting, I lost 15LB in 3 months. Thanks BullyJuice and I'm continuing it, I actually incorporated other methods like resistance bands and cycling for cardio. But consistency is key..

I am going to start doing workouts from now on (I weigh 93kg) hopefully by the end of the month I become 86kg. Btw for anybody starting remember that losing fat 80% comes from your and 20% comes from exercise. I used to way 98kg but I started a diet which lost me 5kg hopefully with this workout 5 times a week or even everyday I lose even more weight
