Glad it was helpful to someone. I was doing this workout on an android phone, and quit 3 minutes in out of sheer frustration. No verbal queue means you don't know the next excercise until it happens, and the text is so small I couldn't read it from more than like 1 foot away. Probably a good workout too 😵
Did the 40 minute fat burn yesterday, that was a mistake, this was much more manageable albeit still punishing. @@krue_ it took roughly 2 years for me, but that is more my fault than anything else, poor diet, sporatic exercise. If you follow videos like this and do at least 2-3 a week, eat better (and less, which was my biggest fault) than you can drop a lot of weight in just a few weeks. I probably could/should have gotten to 180 from 200 in about 2 months. I'm down to 177 now and look so much better and feel great! Hope this helps! Sorry I took so long to respond!

Guys if you don't see progress made in a week or less, don't discourage yourself keep on grinding, remember that the way that fat burning works is that when you do exercise or diet, if you create a calories deficit then the body i going to use fat for calories, but the cells that carry the fat will fill with water automatically to maintain the weight so if in a week you don't see the progress then keep grinding for a second week because that's when the fat cell start loosing that water weight and start shrinking, then you will see the true results💪💪💪

@@imajudge9428 i don't think exercises help determine if it's gonna be fat loss or weight loss, it's your diet. so with a low fat and high protein caloric deficit diet, you'll lose fat, while you'll lose wight if you just do calorie deficit (reducing the calories and not counting the macros).

been following billy for quite a while, manage to lost a lot of pounds, just by jogging for about 10 minutes a day, and then doing your workout routine on your previous videos (mostly the 20 minutes workout), i wanna say thank you so much, i managed to lose my weight from 122 kg to 98 kg, to be honest, i just gained 2 more kg, because suddenly i lack of my training because, i feel like, I have succeeded on my program. Just finished this, was rough at first but after the 2nd run through I was good, in the zone so to speak, love the tunes and he switched up the beat at the RIGHT time haha! When the high knees came back around and I felt weak that beat got me back motivated. Loved the switch up at the end! Keep it coming bully! N thanks a lot man

Just joined Herbalife and I've been wondering how I could get to attract people to my small business. I saw your videos and decided to run to a community soccer field 3km away from where I stay to train anyone I'd meet there. I met 2 ladies, we worked out together. The following day, the number increased to 10. Today it was 12. I'm using these workouts because they accommodate beginners. Thank you Juicy!!!
day 16/30: wanted to give in with 6 mins left but pushed through. high knees and lunge jumps got me every time. cardio feels more like a mental battle than a physical one.
With good diet, good sleep, good workout routine, and dedication to make a change last year summer i was 174 15 yr old 5'2 little short 14 year old but overweight as hell. Did this workout everyday since January, paired with various muscle building exercises from Chloe Ting. I used no equitment except resistance bands and have now lost the winter weight, aka 11.4 kg. This works guys. Just be consistent and follow a clean diet on the side.

Since last couple of month I'm following this workout for 6 days a week. I've lost nearly 8-9 kgs of fat. This really helps a lot but make sure to keep your protein intake high to prevent the muscles loss.

A few tips: tighten your core, don’t lean back when you do high knees and jumping jacks, find your own pace as form is important. Great exercise!

I just want to say that I have been working out from years but this is one of the best cardio I have ever done. This is not those random exercise videos, this is pure knowledge and well crafted workout plan. Really appreciate Billy sharing this for all. 30 min straight, balanced breaks and great shuffling of exercises. This is a tough one to crack. Those who are able to complete should be proud of themselves.

I am officially now in better shape than I was at the beginning of the pandemic and I would credit 99% of that to Bullyjuice. These workouts kill me and I've never felt better than after I do them.

This was such a rad workout. So easy to follow and I appreciate being able to listen to music while I work out instead of someone yelling "Come on, one more" in workout videos. Helps me focus better. Glad I found your channel
Did this workout everyday since January, paired with various muscle building exercises from Chloe Ting. I used no equitment except resistance bands and have now lost the winter weight, aka 11.4 kg. This works guys. Just be consistent and follow a clean diet on the side.

Since last couple of month I'm following this workout for 6 days a week. I've lost nearly 8-9 kgs of fat. This really helps a lot but make sure to keep your protein intake high to prevent the muscles loss.
It's been raining here today since the afternoon and I did this in my room...feel so fresh now.
Had to wipe the floor though.

One of the lunge jumps rounds I gave up around 10seconds left and I looked at the screen and you gave me the “keep going, we’re almost there” hand gestures and kept me in the game. Awesome workout. i finally did it without pausing the video or any extra breaks!!! At first, I remember I did only 10 min with pausing the video at least 5 times, and kept working on this and finally after 3 months! I accomplished this!!!
