Got 13 mins through on my first try before I stopped to rest for the week. This is my second time at it and I managed to power all the way through with some longer breaks. Now I know when your body tells you to be lazy and comfortable, you can't give in. YOU are the one in control. No matter who you are or where you've been, you can do it!

I have back pain and knee pain and always tired etc. but enough is enough I need to change my life. So I found this channel and did this workout. El segundo día ya iba notando una capacidad pulmonar buena, aun que alguna actividad me quedaba sin fuerzas. El tercer día, hoy, he podido ejecutar la mayoría de actividades. Tengo agujetas, pero quiero hacerlo cada día ya que en unas semanas voy a ir a hacer snowboard y aun que parezca mentira y creas que es bajar por una ladera chill, no es así, además de haber menos oxigeno por la altura haces muchisimo ejercicio. Three months ago i started working out, and this video right here was my beginning, i couldn't even do 5 property push ups back then and i barely finished the workout, but now i can do it no problem, and right now i took it up notch and started doing 40min workouts, just don't give up 💪

This is exactly what I needed. Broke my shoulder in april and got pretty lazy and depressed. Should have kept up doing leg stuff etc but it sucked. Couldnt even ride my bike for months. This was my first step back felt good. Shoulder was sore at first but feels good after. Wasnt able to do every exercise or do them perfectly but it feels great.

Been doing this workout for almost a week now. It kicks my ass but I’m glad I’m doing it. It gets easier each day and you can modify some things if needed - jumping is hard on my knees/ankles so I tend to modify those. I’m happy I have something to help me get in shape!

One day my left shoulder started hurting and I thought it was from stretching too hard while muscles tight or from work. It then spread to my left shoulder and it was hard to lift them up. And it continues to this day

Been doing this workout for almost a week now. It kicks my ass but I’m glad I’m doing it. It gets easier each day and you can modify some things if needed - jumping is hard on my knees/ankles so I tend to modify those. I’m happy I have something to help me get in shape!

Man, I love this video. Straight to the point. Haven't worked out or exercised in over two years and this was the first thing I did to start. Was the perfect opening to restart our workout journey.

@@gthree1441 the pandemic closed everything down. And other personal reasons I would like to not discuss. And during the two years my body started to breakdown. One day my left shoulder started hurting and I thought it was from stretching too hard while muscles tight or from work. It then spread to my left shoulder and it was hard to lift them up. And it continues to this day

Start with his 2 weeks shred challenge, I lost 20lbs doing it for few months, basically repeating it with some breaks, now moving on 30 day challenge
I use to wake up at 4 and do the 2 week challenge he had a while ago now I just do whatever from his channel

This is a great workout…this is my first week converting over to calisthenics from body building and I definitely feel like this is a great start for me. Especially not knowing much about calisthenics other than push ups and pulls ups and dips.

I've done this workout every morning for the past week. First time I tried it I had to have 3 breaks in between today I did it all the way through struggled towards to end but got there. Gona continue for the next 4 weeks everyday and report back. Big up
