- Why Kuala Lumpur? Well, for starters you can enjoy a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle at a much lower cost of living. In this video, I'll also cover topics such as healthcare, safety, people, culture, and more!
As always, THANK YOU for your support and love. We wish you all the absolute BEST with building wealth and preparing for retirement.
ABOUT US
Greetings from the Biesingers! We are so happy you are here! We are a family of four sharing our financial freedom (FIRE) journey, including tips on how to build wealth, retire early, and retire abroad.
At age 21, we purchased our first real estate property and then became first-time landlords at age 22 as college students. We worked extremely hard to pay off my student debt. Doing so helped me graduate with my MBA completely student-debt-free!
We have other diversified investments and are excited to share more with you in our channel. We have now hit Coast FIRE which allowed us to move abroad and semi-retire in Asia!

Welcome to KL, Malaysia. Hope that you have had a good time and a pleasant stay. Yes, the cost of living in Malaysia is so affordable.
English being widely spoken is one of the most attractive things about FIREing/retiring there.
(slight pedantic correction: KL is sorta like Washington D.C. ie. it's not exactly in the state of Selangor but in its own Federal Territory)
Actually in Greater Kuala Lumpur (the Klang Valley) has over 200 malls with more opening every year.
Malaysia is number 4 in the world for tall skyscrapers after China, the U.S. and UAE.
And has the 2nd most complicated highway system after China. Complicated meaning complex and many.
I love KL. I am looking for a little greener place to live.
KL is too busy and urban that I would stay home then. I am heading to Penang soon.
That Yong Tau Foo stall at Quizinn Foodcourt at Nu Sentral is one of my fav😊
Complete medical checkup is around USD 90.00
There are 3.4 million economic migrants in the country 😂
