On par is about right imo. Citizen is a bit more accurate, but I like their use of super titanium, plus most of them come with a perpetual calendar, plus the jumping hour hand which GS only recently implemented.
Citizen Chronomaster AQ4030-51A is way better than a GS in my opinion. I was on the market for a GS spring drive before I saw this watch. It's outstanding. Perpetual calendar, +/- 5 sec a year, water resistant, shockproof etc... It will be absolutely perfect with a micro adjustment bracelet (same for GS). That's why I'll buy a Citizen Chronomaster AQ4030-51A and not a GS.
