- In this 30 min HYBRID Bodyweight + Dumbbell FULL BODY Workout | Strength & Endurance | No Repeat, we will have 18 supersets. The first exercises of each superset contains a dumbbell exercises for 40 seconds followed by a bodyweight exercise for 30 seconds. There is a 15 seconds rest between the first and the second exercise and a 20 second rest after each superset. The exercises will become a bit more challenging towards the end of the workout.

I forgot about this video and did it today for day 6 of Ramadan while fasting. I was wanting water towards the end but it didn't stop me from getting through it with high energy even though I was a bit sleepy!
I chose 15kg but also used 14kg and 16kg.
3X sit up/get up.... I could not get up at all in a safe way so I did sit-ups only.
I then rewound and did it once more before moving on to the next exercise.
Giant Step Jumps--for the first time I got through it all the way at your pace without feeling I was about to fail!
Wide Stance RDL/Row I bumped up to a 16kg dumbbell but I can definitely go heavier.
Alternating 😮?Leg Through-- This is one exercise that's going to show progress. I kept tripping on my feet landing in my butt lol, and was going way slower. I repeated it one more time just to feel like I did a full set of them, as clumsy as they were lol.
RDL/Alt. High ROW- 14kg
Any push-press - 14kg
Deadstop/Power Snatch - 14kg
I jumped in place instead of use a dumbbell and @zfor those final burpees.
Doing burpees at the end of an amazing workout like this one makes that "Mission Complete" sound so sweet! Thank you.
Love these strength + bodyweight workouts!!! I’d recently leveled up my “light” weights to 25 lbs from 20 lbs for my dumbbell HIIT workouts and, although conventional wisdom of course posits that women don’t “bulk up” like men do, my body just does not respond well to heavier weights. As a result, I’ve put on some weight since the switch and no, it’s not muscle. I also diligently log my food and am in a caloric deficit 6 out of 7 days a week, so the only thing I can think of is that it’s the switch to heavier. For that reason, I’m now going back down to my 20s with hybrid workouts so I’m getting the strength and the calorie burn and this was my first workout in that format. So good!!! More, please!!!

and also ask for your help in making a video of exercises for the fingers, soles of the feet, palms, toes.......
and exercise for symmetrical slanted bodies such as shoulders, face and other body parts.....
And tall sports / to increase body height such as basketball athletes, cardio sports with and without dumbbells, as well as delicious bulking and cutting, recipes for delicious food and healthy food that we can cook at home......
Don't forget to upload warm-up and cool-down videos with and without dumbbells I hope the video can be uploaded soon for my practice at home and I will share it with my friends.
