  • Day 11 of the 4 week bootcamp and smashing a 20 min home STRENGTH & CARDIO full body dumbbell workout.
    You know the drill with this full body dumbbell workout. Like the previous 2 days
    We are back with 8 more exercises splicing conditioning exercises and muscle toning and strength training
    30 Secs on of each exercise and just 10 secs rest. It's been a good week and a step up from last week and you guys are doing amazing
    So let's keep the momentum going and smash another
