I had a dermatologist tell me I shower too much before. Everytime I took a shower I would be itching all over my body. He said I wash off the minerals off my body. I look at him like dude wht. I shower before I leave my house and when I come home. Since covid I shower everytime I leave the house and return.
Sounds like u might have sensitive skin and maybe using a soap that’s too harsh or the colorant or perfume is irritating your skin. Try sensitive skin Dove or Plain Ivory soap.
