Inspirational, yes, that’s this episode. Firstly, I love podcasts, especially those hosted by Jamaicans; however, I’ve been listening to podcasts by Jamaicans in Jamaica but THIS, Elli, this is a game changer. A young Jamaican in the States sitting down with influential Jamaicans in the States- this is GREAT for the culture. Jamaicans in the diaspora needed supm like this. Kudos for creating this space!

This was an educational and motivational interview
There is definitely a difference in entertainment and personal. I was apart of a meeting with a friend of mine and Lincoln and could honest say I didn't meet the entertainer Lincoln 3dot, I met Steve the business man. Definitely calm and layed back.
So me think to, what yah do, teach me, tell me the direction me fi go inna. I'm ready.

Have to say dawg, after listening to other Jamaican podcasts, this is by far the most free flowing podcast g IMO. You bring in the people and actually allow them to talk without cutting them off or trying to be controversial or taking over the whole show and making it about you. Which I feel is the whole point of bringing someone on your show anyways.

At 1:09:47 when Dale talk bout people who say them want this and he ask what are you doing to get this and all them a give you is excuses is sooo true. Lone talking no action.
There’s levels within levels. Especially if you’re a highly motivated person, you’ll notice that once you obtain something or a certain quality of life there there’s still more to achieve.

I am always self motivated, read a lot , listen to a lot of motivational materials and listen to some great minds but it's the first time I have been motivated by an external factor. I always motive myself I will have the driven factor and use it to motive myself but this makes my energy peek respect

U can buy a house in a gated community and have all those things if you want those things while owning your house. But I get that if you are not stationary then you don't want to own a house to live in. U can however own one to rent out. Real estate is a good investment (advice from alot of wealthy ppl I have met.

That’s true, whatever you say that’s what you will get! Because I been saying I want to expand my daycare business from a home daycare to a daycare center… so in 2020 I started buying furnitures for the center (without having a building, I was buying stuff because I believe in my myself) and in the summer of 2022 I closed on a daycare center building!! I took my business from earning 6 figures to now 7 figures!!!! The power of the tongue and staying true in Jesus Christ is real!
Dale if you have a mortgage you can pay it off before 30yrs if you do biweekly method or pay on the principal extra at the end of the year. Also you can get a trust, will, or add your children to title of your properties. Yes I do agree with living your life the way you want and buying what you want .
