    Great step by step instructions. I have noticed, however, the colour of the second cup of atta was different (lighter shade) from the first cup. Was it due to the video lighting which can sometimes reflect a different colour or different atta was used in the second cup?

      Exactly .even i noticed it!..the whole colour is not like kodo. Moreover it is not easy to roll out kodo ..so thin

      Roti banane mein bhi hum atta garam hi to karte hai. Kyi vitamins garam karne se nasht hote hai minerals nahi. Befikr ho ke banao aisi roti. Nahi to chile ki tarah bana lo jo main karti hoon, bus roti ki tarah swad haji aata.
