Even though the salt is gross. Well, it's not that bad, but virtually impossible to get the right proportions in each sip and the last little bit in the glass would be better described as brine.
AS A MEXICAN guy I’ll have to ... give you thumps up!!! BEST MARGARITA recipes ever!!! That mango 🥭 and cucumber margarita with some ‘tajin’ chili powder rim yummy!!! I also use MEZCAL ... congrats!!! Great video!!!
I love the Tommy's recipe. Very simple and very tasty. I generally use reposado Tequila. I also like to add ~15ml of Solerno blood orange liqueur as an alternate to Triple Sec. It adds a different/stronger orange taste and aroma to the drink. Nice balance to the lime juice. "Tres Agaves" brand Organic Margarita mix (you add the tequila) is still my favorite mix if I'm making a big batch, but the Tommy's recipe tastes even better IMO. The mix is convenient and tastes really good - great backup if you don't have fresh limes. I also add a small splash of the Solerno to the Tres Agave''s mix as well.
Great recipes. I love margaritas. I like making Palomas, which I use tequila, sweet and sour (or you can use triple sec), fresh lime juice, and fresh grapefruit juice. You can also substitute the grapefruit juice for fresh blood orange juice for a blood orange variation.
Salting only half the glass is such a clever idea! I can't believe that has never occurred to me! The Cucumber and Jalapeno Margarita sounds absolutely divine. I will be trying that asap! Cheers! Thank you for sharing!
Strawberry Margaritas are great too! Strawberry and tequila - can't go wrong.. I made a Strawberry Sage Margarita recently: ua-cam.com/video/RMz9pKrOW4k/v-deo.html
I’m the one who never miss any of your videos 😁 I love all your videos , so good and easy to understand, and the most good thing about your video is you give all your ingredients below , and the methods , that’s the most good thing about your video 😊
My favourite Margarita variation is the Siesta Cocktail (I assume it can be considered a Margarita, since it has tequila and lime but I'm no expert, I just love the drink) 1.5 oz Tequila 0.5 oz Grapefruit 0.5 oz Lime 0.5 oz Simple 0.5 oz Campari 2 dashes Angostura A wonderful tart, bitter tequila bomb. If you try it let me know! Created by Katie Stipe, Flatiron Lounge NYC, 2006
Not bad even though I'm not much of a drinker, that's still sounds pretty good. Actually, I take it back, I only I had real cocktail, and it was a strawberry daquiri
Request: Please make a Cadillac Margarita! I watched this video expecting it to be included, but wasn't terribly disappointed because I really liked all the Margaritas!
I am a fan of the corinta i prefer on ice then blended i make them myself since corona is the only beer that i like and tequila is my fav liquor!!!!! Cheers
Great video buddy. Although I don’t drink alcohol I love watching cocktail vids like yourself and in this case I’d definitely try the mango option looked quite nice. Cheers buddy keep up the quality content.
Good to see variations of margarita, I love tequila and am also a mixologist. I’ve used all these before and they don’t disappoint. Great stuff mate, you should try a Michelada and a paloma if you like tequila. Keep up the good work 🙌🏽
I'd go for the jalapeño one. There's a bar near me that infuses habenero or jalapeño into their tequila for their margaritas. It's a nice heat without being overwhelming. Thanks for sharing these recipes!
Glad you like the recipes! Infusing the spirit with chillies sounds like a great way to get a little extra spice into your tequila cocktails! Keen to give this a try!
Hi Manuel! Welcome to the channel! I've done a few mezcal videos which I've linked to below but always keen to try more- do you have any suggestions you'd like to see on the channel? ua-cam.com/video/tmBOzPYPd4c/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/kJJU1VE_yxM/v-deo.html
They all sound fantastic!! I’d be likely to go for the jalapeño and cucumber!! A restaurant I go to makes a pineapple and jalapeño margarita that is absolutely delicious
Big fan of your videos man!! Been bartending for a year now, but still really bad at using anything other than a bar blade to crack open a beer. Any chance we could get a video on how to use things like a jigger or a bar spoon to open a beer?
Good information...thanks... I might do the jalapeno drink a bit different. Maybe whizz peppers, orange peel, and cucumbers with vermouth. Or a dry sherry. Strain. Then add an ounce of that to the recipe. I'm thinking the jalapenos have to be in the background, not in your face.
Love your videos mate! I prefer the simple classic margarita but usually,I go with an old fashioned, negroni, GT, and so on. I tried the Mexican bulldog a couple of times a few years ago but I didn't mix the margarita before adding the beer. If you don't want it to spill over the edge of the glass you should tilt the glass a bit. Skål from Sweden!
Hey sir, Love the video. Super clean easy to follow and your handy work is slick. Though I have one quam with the mango margarita, there is no measurement for the amt. of mango!
Is Grand Marnier in margarita as good as t. sec? Also, what about homemade margarita mix - with squeezed limes, lemons and simple syrup? Do you recommend that and if so, what ratio with tequila and liquer?
Yes, Grand Marnier is great - I believe it’s called a Cadillac Margarita.. Read more here: drinks.seriouseats.com/2012/08/which-is-the-best-orange-liqueur-triple-sec-curacao-cointreau-grand-marnier-reviews.html Homemade margarita mix will work fine as long as it’s fresh.. but it will be sweeter due to the extra simple syrup compared to a classic margarita recipe (with no simple)..
Hey Steve! Would it be possible to use your simple syrups to make margarita? Like a Strawberry Margarita? Thank you. Love your page been following you for quite awhile now. You've saved me on several occasions. Cheers🍻
If I were to serve guest in lounge during evening and night in a A/C lounge or outside open air... What kind of drinks should I make....Note that my bar is not as big & cool as yours and ingredients are limited....
Which MARGARITA would you pick? 🌶️
Mango and Mexican Bullgod looks really interesting.
You picked up the mango, but after trying all of them which was your favorite?
Cucumber Jalapeno!
Amateurs. The correct answer is all! Just as long as Steve is creating, I'd be sipping 😎
Mango Margarita is definitely my go to. If I’m ordering a margarita at the bar, there’s a 4/5 chance it’s mango 🥭
bro when he smiles halfway through shaking his drinks it gets me every time that shits hilarious
I'm kinda hoping he'll print that fake smile on his next t-shirt

Popping the cap with the jigger was great theatre! Many thanks for this great video. 100,000 subs is just around the corner!
Who doesn't love a Margarita. Love that happy smile on the salt rim close up :)
Even though the salt is gross. Well, it's not that bad, but virtually impossible to get the right proportions in each sip and the last little bit in the glass would be better described as brine.
I'm here just for my daily dose of shake'n smile
I should get a shirt made! =)

I like that you explain why certain spirits taste the way they do and even why you use a certain glass.

I like how the ingredients are popping on top of the screen! Wish you're still doing that. Thanks for this channel! I love it!
I watched a lot of your videos but that shaking smile still makes my day everytime. You're the best bruv =]

Thinking the same
This time cannot choose. Want to make myself a little margarita party 😜
the best kind of party!
That baby beer was the cutest thing! 😆

Love the cucumber and jalapeno margarita. Can i use red chili pepper instead of jalapeno

Homemade margarita mix will work fine as long as it’s fresh.. but it will be sweeter due to the extra simple syrup compared to a classic margarita recipe (with no simple)..
All your drinks look amazing man,
