1) the video doesn't show any bruise on Tonto's cos there were no close-up shots.
With regards to your question, Churchill is physically stronger than Tonto. If he had decided to descend on her, do you really think she would've had the opportunity to throw the punches she did? The answer is NO. But what we saw was a clear opposite. Churchill was on the defense while Tonto kept throwing punches.
As for the prior "assaults", I don't recall the Ghanian Police arresting Churchill for assault, but they held Tonto in custody. But if you have any solid proof of any battery charges against Churchill, do feel free to share.
Anyway, all these does not matter. What really matter is that Tonto stops washing her family's dirty linen in public and move on with her life cos Churchill has already moved on.
